Abstract
【解決手段】 高性能減水剤、セメント、急硬材、及び液状凝結調整剤を含有するプレライニング用急硬セメントコンクリート及びそれを用いることを特徴とするプレライニング用急結セメントコンクリート。本発明のプレライニング用急結セメントコンクリートは、流動性が高く圧送及び掘削溝への隙間ない充填作業等が容易にでき、強度発現が速やかで、しかも初期から4週にかけての強度が十分高いので、超大断面、扁平断面、高深度トンネルにおけるプレライニング工法に適する。

Description
セメント(C) :普通ポルトランドセメント、比表面積3,200cm2/g、密度3.16g/cm3
急硬材(P) :非晶質カルシウムアルミネートC12A7及び無水石膏を主体。
凝結調整剤(D):アルカリ炭酸塩及びクエン酸を主体。
細骨材(S) :田川産、密度2.56g/cm3、吸水率1.97%、F.M.;2.34
粗骨材(G) :足柄産、密度2.58g/cm3、吸水率2.97%、最大粒径15mm
高性能減水剤(F):ポリエチレングリコール系、商品名「FTN−30W」、グレースケミカルズ株式会社製。
水(W) :水道水
スランプ経時変化:スランプ値の測定はJIS A 1101に準拠。混練直後から30分おきに150分までの経時変化を測定した。室温20℃、相対湿度80%の恒温室内で行った。
液体急結剤(L) :アルミン酸カリウムを主体。
急結コンクリートの圧縮強度:急結コンクリートでφ10cm×20cmの円柱形の成形体を作製し、JIS A 1108に従い圧縮強度を測定した。
充填性:幅3m、高さ3m、長さ5mの模擬トンネル内に厚さ10cmのライニングの型枠を構築し、プレライニング用急結コンクリートを充填し、目視にて、型枠とコンクリート覆工体の隙間の有無及びジャンカの有無を確認した。
但し、急硬コンクリートの配合No.(4)-1〜.(4)-3の高性能減水剤の種類は
(4)-1:ポリエチレングリコール系
(4)-2:ポリカルボン酸系
(4)-3:ナフタレンスルホン酸系
Claims (5)
- 高性能減水剤、セメント、急硬材、及び液状凝結調整剤を含有するプレライニング用急硬セメントコンクリート。
- セメント100部に対して急硬材を14〜25部含有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のプレライニング用急硬セメントコンクリート。
- アルカリ金属炭酸塩と有機酸類を含有する液状凝結調整剤を含有する請求項1又は請求項2記載のプレライニング用急硬セメントコンクリート。
- 請求項1〜請求項3のうちの1項記載のプレライニング用急硬セメントコンクリート及び液体急結剤を含有するプレライニング用急結セメントコンクリート。
- 請求項1〜請求項3のうちの1項記載のプレライニング用急硬セメントコンクリートを圧送し、液体急結剤を合流混合させてプレライニング用急結セメントコンクリートとして打設し、硬化させる工程を含むことを特徴とするプレライニング工法。
