Claims (9)
- 覆いが、掘削作業中に粉塵を発生させる掘削機械の掘削手段を取り囲んで粉塵を閉じ込める粉塵閉じ込め空間を形成しており、
前記覆いは、掘削手段を固定的に覆う固定覆いと、掘削手段の位置に応じてその長さが変化する可変覆いとを備えてなることを特徴とする粉塵閉じ込め装置。 - 粉塵の飛散を防止する薬液を噴射する薬液噴射手段を粉塵閉じ込め空間の内部に有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の粉塵閉じ込め装置。
- 前記薬液噴射手段からは、霧又は泡の少なくとも一つが噴射されることを特徴とする、請求項2記載の粉塵閉じ込め装置。
- 前記覆いは、シート、フィルム、ネット、ひだ状シート又は板状連結体のいずれかの中から選択されたものであることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の粉塵閉じ込め装置。
- 覆いが透光性を有するとともに、霧状の薬液が薬液噴射手段により覆いに向けて噴射されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の粉塵閉じ込め装置。
- 前記可変覆いは、複数の覆い片から構成され、
隣接する各覆い片の側端同士が重なっており、
コーナー部に位置する覆い片同士は、ひだ状部材を介して連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の粉塵閉じ込め装置。 - 前記掘削機械は、バケット・ホイル・エキスカベータ、油圧ショベル、ショベル・ローダー又はスタビライザーの中から選択されるものであることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の粉塵閉じ込め装置。
- 前記掘削作業は、廃棄物の最終処分場での掘り起こし作業であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の粉塵閉じ込め装置。
- 複合臭用消臭液を噴射する消臭液噴射手段を粉塵閉じ込め空間の内部に有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の粉塵閉じ込め装置。
