Abstract
【解決手段】保持器5は、平行に配置された2つの側輪6、7を有しており、かつウェブ8によって結合され、側輪6、7とウェブ8は、円筒ころのための収容ポケットを形成する。またウェブ8の、円筒ころへ向いた面が、ウェブ8の予め定められた半径方向の延びhSにわたって、円筒ころの円形状に適合された輪郭を有しており、かつ少なくとも1つの軸方向のウェブ位置15、16に、円筒ころのための保持突出部17、18が配置されており、前記保持突出部は半径方向の移行位置19から、円筒ころの円形状に適合された輪郭に連続し、半径方向内側へ向かって延び、かつその、円筒ころへ向いた面20が、円筒ころ直径の5%と15%の間にある半径方向の延びhHにわたって、保持器の半径方向Rに対してほぼ平行に延びている。

Claims (5)
- 内輪(2)、外輪(3)、それらの間に配置されている、定められたころ直径(Dw)を備えた円筒ころ(4)および、円筒ころ(4)を案内するための保持器(5)を有する、円筒ころ軸受(1)であって、
その場合に保持器(5)は、互いに対して平行に配置された2つの側輪(6、7)を有しており、それら側輪はウェブ(8)によって互いに結合されており、その場合に側輪(6、7)とウェブ(8)は、円筒ころ(4)のための収容ポケット(9)を形成し、かつ
その場合に側輪(6、7)は、保持器(5)を案内するために半径方向の終端面(10、11)において、軸受リング(3)に設けられた、半径方向に延びるリム(12、13)に添接して走行するように形成されている、
前記円筒ころ軸受において、
ウェブ(8)の、円筒ころ(4)へ向いた面が、ウェブ(8)の予め定められた半径方向の延び(hS)にわたって、円筒ころ(4)の円形状に適合された輪郭(14)を有しており、かつ
少なくとも1つの軸方向のウェブ位置(15、16)に、円筒ころ(4)のための保持突出部(17、18)が配置されており、前記保持突出部は半径方向の移行位置(19)から、円筒ころ(4)の円形状に適合された輪郭(14)に連続し、半径方向内側へ向かって延び、かつその、円筒ころ(4)へ向いた面(20)が、円筒ころ直径(Dw)の5%と15%の間にある半径方向の延び(hH)にわたって、保持器の半径方向(R)に対してほぼ平行に延びている、
ことを特徴とする円筒ころ軸受。 - ウェブ(8)は、保持突出部(17、18)が配置されている、軸方向のウェブ位置(15、16)の領域において、ウェブの延び(hS)を越える半径方向(R)の延び(hG)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の円筒ころ軸受。
- 円筒ころ(4)の円形状に適合された輪郭(14)は、断面において円形状を有しており、前記円形状の半径(RK)が円筒ころ(4)の半径よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の円筒ころ軸受。
- 適合された輪郭(14)の半径(RK)は、円筒ころ(4)の半径の1.002倍から1.3倍であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の円筒ころ軸受。
- 適合された輪郭(14)を形成する円弧の中心点(MK)は、円筒ころ軸受(1)の組み立てられた状態において、円筒ころの中心点(MR)よりも、円筒ころ軸受(1)の回転軸から半径方向にさらに離れていることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の円筒ころ軸受。
