Abstract
【解決手段】マグネシウムまたはマグネシウム合金基体上に形成される、バナジン酸塩を含むかまたは含まない無クロム酸塩リン酸塩−フッ化物転化被覆は、有機ホスホン酸から成る群より選択される活性腐食抑制剤を含む。ホスホン酸基は、基体のマグネシウム金属と反応して不溶性塩を形成する。無クロム酸塩耐食性被覆を形成するための溶液は、リン酸およびフッ化物イオンを有する溶液と、有機ホスホン酸類から成る群より選択される活性腐食抑制剤とを含む。溶液は、随意にバナジン酸陰イオンを含み得る。活性腐食抑制剤は、直鎖または枝分かれアミノ−アルキルホスホン酸、直鎖または枝分かれアルキルホスホン酸、トリホスホン酸、およびこれらの混合物から成る群より選択される。

Claims (8)
- リン酸およびフッ化物イオンを有する溶液と、
有機ホスホン酸類から成る群より選択される活性腐食抑制剤と、
を含むことを特徴とする、マグネシウムまたはマグネシウム合金から形成された製品上に無クロム酸塩耐食性被覆を形成するための溶液。 - 前記有機ホスホン酸は、直鎖アミノ−アルキルホスホン酸、枝分かれアミノ−アルキルホスホン酸、直鎖アルキルホスホン酸、枝分かれアルキルホスホン酸、トリホスホン酸、およびこれらの混合物から成る群より選択されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の溶液。
- 前記トリホスホン酸は、ニトリロトリス(メチレン)トリホスホン酸(NTMP)を含むことを特徴とする請求項2記載の溶液。
- 前記溶液は、バナジン酸塩を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の溶液。
- 前記溶液は、1ppmから1wt%、好ましくは10ppmから0.5wt%の腐食抑制剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の溶液。
- リン酸イオンは、1g/Lから50g/L、好ましくは10g/Lから25g/Lの量で存在し、フッ化物イオンは、1g/Lから10g/L、好ましくは3g/Lから5g/Lの量で存在することを特徴とする請求項5記載の溶液。
- 請求項1から6に記載の溶液で基体を処理することを含むマグネシウムまたはマグネシウム合金基体上に耐食性無クロム酸塩被覆を作成する方法であって、ホスホン酸基が、マグネシウム金属と反応して不溶性塩を形成することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項7に記載の方法に従って作成された耐食性被覆を有するマグネシウムまたはマグネシウム合金基体を含むことを特徴とする物品。
