Abstract
【解決手段】分配装置4が予備紡糸幅にわたって供給される溶融重合体を分配するために設けられており交換可能な分配板7が分配装置の下流に配置されていて、これらの分配孔8は分配装置から流入する溶融重合体を収容するために設けられ、交換可能なスピナレット板2が分配板の下流に配置され、最終紡糸幅にわたって分散されている複数のスピナレット通路10および複数の割り当てられたスピナレット孔1を有し、分配孔によって規定された紡糸幅Biは予備紡糸幅Bvよりも小さいかまたは大きく、この予備紡糸幅は分配板によって最終紡糸幅に対して減少または拡大され、所望の最終紡糸幅が分配板を交換することによって調節可能とした。

Claims (9)
- 特に熱可塑性の重合体から繊維を製造する装置にあって、繊維が紡績幅にわたって延在する少なくとも1本の繊維の列の形態のスピナレット板(2)の複数のスピナレット孔(1)から生成される装置において、
この場合、分配装置(4)が、予備紡績幅BV にわたって供給される溶融重合体を分配するために設けられていて、
この場合、紡績幅Bi にわたって分散されていて、幾つかの分配孔(8)を有する少なくとも1つの交換可能な分配板(7)が、分配装置(4)の下流に配置されていて、これらの分配孔(8)は、分配装置(4)から流入する溶融重合体を収容するために設けられていて、
この場合、交換可能なスピナレット板(2)が、分配板(7)の下流に配置されていて、このスピナレット板(2)は、最終紡績幅Be にわたって分散されている複数のスピナレット通路(10)及び複数の割り当てられたスピナレット孔(1)を有し、

- 幾つかの交換可能な分配板(7)は、分配装置(4)の下流に配置され、この場合、個々の分配板(7)の分配孔(8)によって規定される各々の紡績幅Bi は、分配装置(4)からスピナレット板(2)にかけて減少して、予備紡績幅BV を最終紡績幅Be に低減する請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 幾つかの交換可能な分配板(7)は、分配装置(4)の下流に配置され、この場合、個々の分配板(7)の分配孔(8)によって規定される各々の紡績幅Bi は、分配装置(4)からスピナレット板(2)にかけて増大して、予備紡績幅BV を最終紡績幅Be に拡大する請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 隣接して積み重ねられた分配板(7)の分配孔(8)は、紡績幅Bi の方向に沿って互いにずれている請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 分配板(7)は、紡績幅Bi の少なくとも一部にわたって延在する少なくとも1つの通路(9)を有し、この場合、分配通路(9)は、少なくとも幾つかの分配孔(8)に連結する請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 分配板(7)は、互いに隣接して配置されている分配孔(8)の幾つかの列を有する請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 溶融重合体用の通路式孔(6)を有するスクリーン支持板(5)が、分配装置(4)と分配板(7)との間に中間配置されている請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 分配装置(4)用の幾つかの加熱領域(Hi )が、分配装置(4)の幅にわたって設けられていて、この場合、個々の加熱領域(Hi )は別々に加熱され得る請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
