Claims (7)
- ゼオライト含有粒子であって、Y型結晶性ゼオライトを含んで成っていてこれの表面の上にバイエライト相アルミナを含んで成る約5から100nmの被膜を有する粒子。
- 石油原料の流動接触分解で用いるに適した粒状の分解用触媒であって、Y型結晶性ゼオライトの粒子を含んで成っていて前記粒子の表面の上にバイエライト相アルミナを含んで成る約5から100nmの被膜を有する分解用触媒。
- 前記ゼオライトを約30から約70重量パーセント含有する請求項2記載の分解用触媒。
- バイエライトアルミナで覆われたゼオライト粒子を生じさせる方法であって、アルミニウムイオン含有溶液とゼオライト粒子を含んで成っていてpHが7未満の酸性である水性スラリーを生じさせ、前記スラリーを強塩基の水溶液に結果として生じるスラリーのpHが少なくとも10になる濃度で接触させそしてバイエライトアルミナを前記ゼオライト粒子の上に沈澱させることを含んで成る方法。
- 前記塩基をアルカリ金属の水酸化物、水酸化アンモニウムまたはアルカリ金属のアルミン酸塩から選択する請求項4記載の方法。
- バイエライトアルミナで覆われたゼオライト粒子を生じさせる方法であって、アルミニウムイオン含有溶液とゼオライト粒子を含んで成っていてpHが約12を超えるアルカリ性である水性スラリーを生じさせ、前記スラリーを二酸化炭素に結果として生じるスラリーのpHが約10から11.5になるに充分な時間接触させそしてバイエライトアルミナを前記ゼオライト粒子の上に沈澱させることを含んで成る方法。
- (i)分解ゾーンの中で炭化水素原料に分解を分解用触媒粒子の存在下で受けさせ、(ii)前記分解用触媒粒子に再生を再生ゾーンの中で受けさせそして(iii)分解用触媒粒子を包含する前記粒子の在庫品を前記分解ゾーンと再生ゾーンの間で繰り返し循環させる炭化水素原料流動接触分解方法であって、前記在庫品に請求項1、2または3記載のバイエライト相アルミナを含んで成る被膜を有するゼオライト含有粒子を含めることを包含する改良を受けさせた方法。
