Abstract

Claims (10)
- 複雑な幾何学的形状を有する少なくとも2つの部品を該部品間の所定の間隔及び配向で正確に位置決めし、製作手段(58)を固定治具(10)に沿って導いて該少なくとも2つの部品の各々に対して少なくとも1つの製作作業を同時に行うことを可能にするようになった固定治具(10)であって、
第1の部品をそれに固定するための第1の部分(14)と第2の部品をそれに固定するための第2の部分(16)とを有するバックボーン部(12)と、
互いにかつ少なくとも前記第1及び第2の部品の基準表面に対応する、前記第1の部分(14)及び前記第2の部分(16)の各々に形成された少なくとも3つの正確に位置決めされた基準面と、
前記第1の部品及び前記第2の部品の基準表面が製作作業の実行中に前記第1の部分(14)及び前記第2の部分(16)の基準面にしっかりと固定された状態に保たれるように、前記第1の部品及び前記第2の部品を前記第1の部分(14)及び前記第2の部分(16)に取付けるための手段と、
を含む固定治具(10)。 - 前記製作手段(58)が研削砥石である、請求項1記載の固定治具(10)。
- 前記製作手段(58)が少なくとも1つの切刃である、請求項1記載の固定治具(10)。
- 前記製作手段(58)が高圧流体切削流である、請求項1記載の固定治具(10)。
- 前記製作手段(58)が高エネルギー切削ビームである、請求項1記載の固定治具(10)。
- 前記部品が同一である、請求項1記載の固定治具(10)。
- 前記部品がガスタービンエンジンブレードである、請求項1記載の固定治具(10)。

- 前記第1及の部分(14)及び前記第2の部分(16)の各々に形成された前記少なくとも3つの正確に位置決めされた基準面が、ワイヤ放電加工によって形成されている、請求項1記載の固定治具(10)。
- 前記少なくとも3つの正確に位置決めされた基準面の各々が、基準位置から+/−0.0027mmの公差を有する、請求項9記載の固定治具(10)。
