Abstract
【解決手段】第1の実施形態に基づく粉末金属構成部品は、重量パーセントベースで、C約0.1〜2.0%と、Cr約8.0〜18.0%と、Mo約1.0〜15.0%と、S約0.1〜3.5%と、Si約0.1%〜2.0%と、その他の元素最高約5.0%と、実質的に鉄である残部とからなる化学組成を有する。本発明に基づく第2の実施形態はCo約8.0〜16.0%を含む。

S(硫黄)約0.1%から約3.5%
Si(ケイ素)約0.1%から約2.0%
その他の元素最高約5.0%(W約0%から約0.6%、Ni約0%から約2.0%、V約0%から0.5%、Cu約0%から約1.9%を含む。ただしこれらに限定されるわけではない)
実質的にFe(鉄)である残部
本発明の第1の実施形態に基づく粉末金属弁案内は、重量パーセントベースで以下の好ましい化学組成を有する。

本発明に基づくコバルトベースの第2の実施形態は、硬質相金属間材料と、黒鉛と、固体潤滑剤と、一過性潤滑剤と、ステンレス鋼材料とを含む粉末金属ブレンドを使用する。
炭素約0.1%から約2.0%、クロム約8.0%から約18.0%、モリブデン約1.0%から約15.0%、硫黄約0.1%から約3.5%、ケイ素約0.1%から約2.0%、コバルト約8.0%から約16.0%、その他の元素最高約5.0%、実質的にFe(鉄)である残部。

実質的に鉄である残部と
を含む化学組成を有する粉末金属構成部品。 - 弁案内を含む、請求項1に記載の粉末金属構成部品。
- 約6.2g/cm3から約7.2g/cm3までの範囲の密度に圧縮成形された、請求項1に記載の粉末金属構成部品。
- 約45HRBの最小硬さ値を有する、請求項1に記載の粉末金属構成部品。
- 前記化学組成が、重量パーセントベースで、
C約0.5%と、
Cr約16.6%と、
Mo約4.0%と、
S約1.0%と、
Ni約0.2%と、
Si約1.0%と、
実質的に鉄である残部と
を含む、請求項1に記載の粉末金属構成部品。 - 前記硬さ値が約45から約95HRBである、請求項4に記載の粉末金属構成部品。
- 重量パーセントベースで、
C約0.1から約2.0%と、
Cr約8.0から約18.0%と、
Mo約1.0から約15.0%と、
S約0.1から約3.5%と、
Co約8.0から約16.0%と、
Si約0.1から約2.0%と、
その他の元素最高約5.0%と、

- 前記弁案内がEGR弁案内を含む、請求項8に記載の粉末金属構成部品。
- 約6.2g/cm3から約7.2g/cm3までの範囲の密度に圧縮成形された、請求項7に記載の粉末金属構成部品。
- 約45HRBから約95HRBまでの範囲の硬さ値を有する、請求項10に記載の粉末金属構成部品。
- 前記化学組成が、重量パーセントベースで、
C約0.5%と、
Cr約16.0%と、
Mo約9.7%と、
S約1.9%と、
Ni約0.4%と、
Si約1.3%と、
Co約11.8%と、
実質的に鉄である残部と
を含む、請求項7に記載の粉末金属構成部品。 - 銅で溶浸されている、請求項7に記載の粉末金属構成部品。
- 含油されている、請求項7に記載の粉末金属構成部品。
- 前記弁案内がEGR弁案内を含む、請求項2に記載の粉末金属構成部品。
- 前記弁案内がターボ用途向けの弁案内を含む、請求項2に記載の粉末金属構成部品。
