Claims (1)
- 生物学的分析対象物を基材上に捕捉するための方法であって、
(a)使用されるリガンドが、ヘム化合物、サイドロホア、多糖類、及び外膜タンパク質、コンジュゲート脂質プリオンや微生物タンパク質標的に特異的なペプチドから成る群から選択され、
(b)リガンドは基材表面から約40Åの距離にテザーされて微生物を捕捉し、
(c)基材はカラム充填に適しており、
(d)生物学的分析対象物が細菌、ウイルス、リケッチア、原生動物、及び菌類からなる群から選択され、
(e)生物学的分析対象物の基材上への捕捉が水性試料からの生物学的分析対象物の濃縮のために用いられ、
(f)生物学的分析対象物の基材上への捕捉が医学用試料からの生物学的分析対象物の濃縮のために用いられ、
(g)生物学的分析対象物の基材上への捕捉が獣医学用試料からの生物学的分析対象物の濃縮のために用いられ、
(h)生物学的分析対象物の基材上への捕捉がエアゾールからの生物学的分析対象物の濃縮のために用いられ、
(i)生物学的分析対象物の基材上への捕捉が食品泥漿からの生物学的分析対象物の濃縮のために用いられ、
(j)生物学的分析対象物の基材上への捕捉が食物成分泥漿からの生物学的分析対象物の濃縮のために用いられ、及び
(k)生物学的分析対象物の基材上への捕捉が土泥漿からの生物学的分析対象物の濃縮のために用いられる方法。
