Abstract

Claims (3)
- ガラス器形成機であって、パリソン成形機構がガラス器形成機のブランクステーションに設けられており、パリソン成形機構が、向き合ったブランク鋳型半部を支持するための向き合った鋳型開閉機構を有しており、各ブランク鋳型半部が、ブランク鋳型半部を関連した鋳型開閉機構に積極的に保持するための下方に垂下したフック及び平らで水平な底面を含み、前記鋳型開閉機構の各々は、
引っ込め位置と前進鋳型クランプ位置との間で水平に変位するために取り付けられた鋳型アーム、
前記鋳型アームによって支持された第1スペーサ、
前記第1スペーサによって支持された上鋳型ハンガー、
前記鋳型アームの下にあり、このアームと係合する第2スペーサ、
前記第2スペーサの下にあり、このスペーサと係合する下鋳型ハンガー、及び
前記上鋳型ハンガー、第1スペーサ、鋳型アーム、第2スペーサ、及び下鋳型ハンガーを一緒にクランプするクランプ手段を含み、
前記上鋳型ハンガーは、ブランク鋳型半部のフックと作動的に関連するための隆起手段を含み、
前記下鋳型ハンガーは、鋳型半部の底面を支持するための水平上面を含み、
前記第1及び第2のスペーサの垂直方向寸法は、支持されたブランク鋳型半部の底面が前記下鋳型ハンガーの前記水平上面と係合するように、及び支持されたブランク鋳型半部のフックが上鋳型ハンガーから垂直方向に間隔が隔てられるように、選択される、ガラス形成機。 - 請求項1に記載のガラス形成機において、前記下鋳型ハンガーの水平上面が、全体に半円形の垂直配置面に隣接する、平らな、全体に半円形の支持面を備えている、ガラス形成機。
- 請求項2に記載のガラス形成機において、前記下鋳型ハンガーは、上方に面した一連の穴であって前記半円形の支持面に形成された穴を有するプレナムチャンバを持つ空気チャンバ部材を含む、ガラス形成機。
