Abstract
【解決手段】内径を持つ外筒スリーブを備え、頂部開口を有し、ドラム内に中央ワイヤ支持ステムがある溶接ワイヤ繰出しドラムである。ステムは、ドラムの円筒形スリーブと一般的に同心の円筒形本体と、ドラムの頂部開口付近にある上部ガイドリングとを有する。ガイドリングはスリーブの内径より小さい直径の円形外周を有し、上部ガイドリングはステムの外周と筒型本体との間に、下方に向かって低減する輪郭の下面形状を有する。

Claims (26)
- 内径および頂部開口を持つ外筒スリーブとドラム内の中央ワイヤ支持ステムとを備えた溶接ワイヤ繰出しドラムであって、前記ステムが前記円筒形スリーブと一般的に同心である円筒形本体と前記頂部開口付近の上部ガイドリングとを有し、前記ガイドリングが前記スリーブの前記内径より小さい直径の円形外周を有し、それによって環状ワイヤ繰出しギャップを画定し、前記上部ガイドリングが前記外周と前記円筒形本体との間に下方に向かって低減する輪郭形状を有して成る、繰出し装置。
- 前記ステムが、前記ガイドリングと共に前記ステムのワイヤ支持容積を画定する下部略平坦フランジを有する、請求項1に記載の繰出しドラム。
- 前記下部平坦フランジが前記円筒形本体と一体的である、請求項2に記載の繰出しドラム。
- 前記下部平坦フランジが前記円筒形本体に釈放自在に取り付けられる、請求項2に記載の繰出しドラム。
- 前記下部平坦フランジが前記スリーブの下に伸長する領域を有する、前記請求項3または4に記載の繰出しドラム。
- 前記形状がテーパである、請求項1、2、または3に記載の繰出しドラム。
- 前記形状が凸状である、請求項1、2、または3に記載の繰出しドラム。
- 前記形状が凹状である、請求項1、2、または3に記載の繰出しドラム。
- 前記ステムの前記円筒形本体が約16インチを超える直径を有する、請求項1、2、または3に記載の繰出しドラム。
- 前記ステムの前記円筒形本体が16〜20インチの範囲内の直径を有する、請求項1、2、または3に記載の繰出しドラム。
- 前記繰出しギャップが1/2〜1.0インチの範囲内である、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の繰出しドラム。
- 前記円形外周の前記直径が一般的に21〜22インチの範囲内である、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の繰出しドラム。
- 前記ステムが前記円筒形本体上に増大し続ける直径の層状に巻き付けられた1000ポンドを超える溶接ワイヤを含む、請求項1、2、または3に記載の繰出しドラム。
- 前記ステムが前記円筒形本体上に増大し続ける直径の層状に巻き付けられた1000ポンドを越える溶接ワイヤを含む、前記ステムが請求項9に記載の繰出しドラム。
- 所定の方向の繰出し用の溶接ワイヤ貯蔵ステムであって、前記ステムが、前記所定の方向に平行な軸線と一般的に同心の円筒形本体と、前記円筒形本体の一端にあり前期所定の方向を向いた上部ガイドリングとを有し、前記ガイドリングが外径を持つ円形外周と、前記外周と前記円筒形本体との間に下方に向かって低減する形状とを有して成る、ワイヤ貯蔵ステム。
- 前記ステムが、前記ガイドリングと共に前記ステムのワイヤ支持容積を画定する下部略平坦フランジを持つ、請求項15に記載のワイヤ貯蔵ステム。
- 前記下部平坦フランジが前記円筒形本体と一体的である、請求項16に記載のワイヤ貯蔵ステム。
- 前記下部平坦フランジが前記円筒形本体に取り付けられる、請求項16に記載のワイヤ貯蔵ステム。
- 前記下部平坦フランジが前記スリーブの下に伸長する領域を有する、請求項15または16に記載のワイヤ貯蔵ステム。
- 前記形状がテーパである、請求項15または16に記載のワイヤ貯蔵ステム。
- 前記形状が凸状である、請求項15または16に記載のワイヤ貯蔵ステム。
- 前記形状が凹状である、請求項15または16に記載のワイヤ貯蔵ステム。
- 前記円形外周の前記直径が21〜22インチの範囲内である、請求項16に記載のワイヤ貯蔵ステム。
- 溶接ワイヤのプリセットキャストおよびへリックスを除去することなく、前記円筒形本体に巻き付けられた大量の溶接ワイヤを含む、請求項15、16、19から23のいずれか一項に記載のワイヤ貯蔵ステム。
