Abstract

Claims (17)
- ショット・ピーニング、ブラスト・クリーニングおよび同様の装置において、研削材に時間的に変化する磁界を印加して研削材の間の磁力を最小化することによって、研削材の流動を最適化する方法。
- 前記研削材は流路によって運ばれ、該研削材が該流路を運ばれる際に、該時間的に変化する磁界が該研削材に印加される請求項1に記載の流動を最適化する方法。
- 前記流路の周囲に巻かれ、時間的に変化する電力で作動させられる電磁コイルによって、前記時間的に変化する磁界が前記研削材に印加される請求項3に記載の流動を最適化する方法。
- 前記研削材は、研削材収容ホッパーと処理室との間にわたる流路を介して運ばれ、前記流路の流動調整装置を介して運ばれ、前記流路の周囲に巻かれた電磁コイルに交流電気信号を印加する請求項1に記載の流動を最適化する方法。
- 前記流動調整装置は、前記流路内のオリフィスである請求項4に記載の流動を最適化する方法。
- 前記流動調整装置は、電流の印加に応答して、流路を通る研削材の流れを調整する電磁バルブである請求項4に記載の流動を最適化する方法。
- 定常状態の電気信号が前記バルブにより研削材の流れを制御する該バルブ内の磁気手段に印加され、時間的に変化する信号が該定常状態の電気信号に重畳され、該研削材の残留磁化を中和する請求項6に記載の流動を最適化する方法。
- 前記流動調整装置は、前記流路を通る研削材の流れを調整するために電流の印加に応答する電磁バルブであり、別の電磁コイルが、前記電磁バルブとはずれた位置で、前記流路の周囲に設けられ、時間的に変化する電気信号を前記コイルに印加する請求項4に記載の流動を最適化する方法。
- 前記研削材は、研削材収容ホッパーと処理室の間にわたる流路によって運ばれ、前記研削材の一部を取り出し、前記研削材の一部を磁気容器に入れ、該磁気容器とともに磁界を印加し、前記研削材の一部を再度、前記流路に置くステップを備えた請求項1に記載の流動を最適化する方法。
- 前記研削材の供給元と、該研削材の供給元と処理装置とを連通する流路と、前記流路内の流量調節器と、該流路を通過する前記研削材に時間的に変化する磁界を印加する手段を備えた研削材流動改善装置。
- 時間的に変化する磁界を印加するための前記手段が、前記流路の周囲に巻かれたコイルおよび前記コイルに時間的に変化する電気信号を印加する電源を含む請求項10に記載の研削材流動改善装置。
- 前記流量調節器は、前記流路内の流動を制限するオリフィスである請求項10に記載の研削材流動改善装置。
- 前記流量調節器は、電流の印加に応答して、前記流路を通る研削材の流れを調整する電磁バルブである請求項11に記載の研削材流動改善装置。
- 電源装置は、定常状態の電気信号を前記磁気バルブ内の磁気手段に印加し、該磁気バルブによって研削材の流れを制御し、時間的に変化する信号が、該定常状態の電気信号に重畳され、研削材の残留磁化を中和する請求項13に記載の研削材流動改善装置。
- 前記磁気手段は、前記流路を囲む前記電磁バルブ内のコイルである請求項14に記載の研削材流動改善装置。
- 前記流動調整装置は、前記流路を通る研削材の流れを調整するために電流の印加に応答する電磁バルブであり、別の電磁コイルが、前記電磁バルブとはずれた位置で、前記流路の周囲に設けられ、時間的に変化する電気信号が前記コイルに印加される請求項11に記載の研削材流動改善装置。
- ショット・ピーニング、ブラスト・クリーニングおよび同様の装置において、研削材を、研削材収容装置と処理室との間にわたる流露内の流量調節器を通過させるステップと、該研削材が前記流路を流れる際に、該研削材に時間的に変化する磁界を印加するステップとからなる研削材の流動を最適化する方法。
