Abstract

Claims (23)
- 燃料脱酸素化組立体であって、
燃料入口及び燃料出口を備えるハウジングと、
前記入口と前記出口の間で前記ハウジングの燃料流路を画定する燃料プレートと、
非燃料側の多孔質基板で支持され、燃料側の前記燃料流路を流過する燃料と接触する浸透性薄膜と、
前記燃料流路内の燃料から溶存酸素を追い出すために前記浸透薄膜の前記燃料側と前記非燃料側との間に酸素分圧差を妾出するために前記多孔質基板と連通する前記ハウジング内の少なくとも1つの開口と、を備える燃料脱酸素化組立体。 - 前記浸透性薄膜の燃料側に配置されたテフロン(登録商標)被覆を更に備える、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記浸透性薄膜の燃料側に配置されたソルベーハイフロンADペルフルオロ化ガラス質重合体を更に含む、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記浸透性薄膜の前記燃料側面に配置された旭ガラス製サイトップ(登録商標)ペルフルオロブテニルビニルエーテルを備える、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 真空が、前記燃料流路と前記多孔質基板との間の前記酸素分圧差圧を与えるための少なくとも1つの前記開口に与えられる、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記酸素分圧差を作る前記多孔性の基板と連通する前記ハウジングを通過するストリップガスの流れのための第2開口をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記燃料プレートは前記燃料流路の2つの側面を画定する、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記燃料プレートは前記燃料流路を流過する燃料の混合を誘起させるために前記燃料流路の側面間に延在する複数の部材を含む、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記燃料プレートは入口部分及び出口部分を含む、請求項7に記載の組立体。
- 浸透性薄膜が前記燃料流路の一部を構成するように、前記燃料プレートが前記浸透性薄膜間に挟まれる、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 複数の燃料流路を構成する前記ハウジング内に配置される浸透薄膜間に挟まる複数の燃料プれーとを更に備える、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 各多孔質基板は前記浸透性薄膜間に挟まれ、及び各燃料プレートは前記浸透性薄膜間に挟まれる、請求項11に記載の組立体。
- 前記浸透性薄膜はテフロン(登録商標)AFアモルファスフッ素重合体である、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記浸透性薄膜は、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンを含む、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記浸透性薄膜の厚さは約4ミクロンである、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記浸透性薄膜の厚さは1〜4ミクロンである、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記浸透性薄膜の厚さは4ミクロンより小さい、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記多孔質基板はプレートである、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記多孔質基板は真空フレーム内に配置され、前記真空フレームは少なくとも1つの前記開口と連通する入口を含む、請求項18に記載の組立体
- 約97%以上の溶解した前記酸素が前記燃料流路から取り除かれる、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記燃料通過内の燃料は華氏約200度である、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記燃料流路内の燃料は華氏約150度以上である、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記浸透性薄膜は前記多孔質基板に接合される、請求項1に記載の組立体。
