Claims (23)

1. Устройство для обескислороживания топлива, отличающееся тем, что оно содержит корпус с входным отверстием для впуска топлива и выходным отверстием для выпуска топлива и топливную пластину, образующую топливные каналы, расположенные проходящими через корпус между входным и выходным отверстиями, а также снабжено проницаемой мембраной, опирающейся на пористую подложку с одной стороны и соприкасающейся с топливом, находящимся в топливных каналах, с другой стороны, причем в корпусе выполнено по меньшей мере одно отверстие, связанное с пористой подложкой с возможностью создания разности парциальных давлений кислорода между указанными сторонами проницаемой мембраны и удаления растворенного кислорода из топлива, находящегося в топливных каналах.
2. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что на соприкасающейся с топливом стороне проницаемой мембраны расположено покрытие из политетрафторэтилена (Teflon).
3. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что на соприкасающейся с топливом стороне проницаемой мембраны расположен перфторированный стеклообразный полимер Hyflon AD фирмы Solvay.
4. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что на соприкасающейся с топливом стороне проницаемой мембраны расположен перфторбутенилвиниловый полиэфир CYTOP фирмы Asahi Glass.
5. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что указанное по меньшей мере одно отверстие в корпусе связано с источником разрежения с возможностью создания разности парциальных давлений кислорода между топливными каналами и пористой подложкой.
6. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что оно содержит дополнительное отверстие для обеспечения движения газа-поглотителя через корпус, связанное с пористой подложкой с возможностью создания указанной разности парциальных давлений кислорода.
7. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что топливная пластина ограничивает топливные каналы с двух сторон.
8. Устройство по п.7, отличающееся тем, что топливная пластина содержит группу элементов, расположенных между указанными сторонами топливных каналов с обеспечением перемешивания топлива при его движении по топливным каналам.
9. Устройство по п.7, отличающееся тем, что топливная пластина имеет входную часть и выходную часть.
10. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что топливная пластина помещена между проницаемыми мембранами, при этом топливные каналы частично ограничены проницаемой мембраной.
11. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что оно содержит дополнительные топливные пластины, помещенные между расположенными в корпусе проницаемыми мембранами с образованием группы топливных каналов.
12. Устройство по п.11, отличающееся тем, что каждая пористая подложка помещена между проницаемыми мембранами, и каждая топливная пластина помещена между проницаемыми мембранами.
13. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что проницаемая мембрана содержит аморфный фторполимер Teflon AF.
14. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что проницаемая мембрана содержит политетрафторэтилен.
15. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что толщина проницаемой мембраны составляет около 4 мкм.
16. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что толщина проницаемой мембраны составляет от 1 до 4 мкм.
17. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что толщина проницаемой мембраны составляет менее 4 мкм.
18. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что пористая подложка выполнена в виде пластины.
19. Устройство по п.18, отличающееся тем, что пористая подложка расположена в герметизирующей рамке, в которой выполнены отверстия, связанные с указанным по меньшей мере одним отверстием в корпусе.
20. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что удаление растворенного кислорода из топлива, находящегося в топливных каналах, составляет приблизительно 97% или более.
21. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что температура топлива в топливных каналах приблизительно равна 93°С.
22. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что температура топлива в топливных каналах превышает 65°С.
23. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что проницаемая мембрана прикреплена к пористой подложке.
