TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a hot rolling oil for an aluminum plate and a lubricating oil for the rolling oil, and more particularly to a hot rolling oil for an aluminum plate or an aluminum alloy plate which has excellent rolling lubricity and can suppress metal corrosion. It relates to lubricating oil for rolling oil.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In hot rolling of aluminum and aluminum alloys, aluminum is transferred from the surface of a rolled plate to the surface of a rolling roll to form a roll coating. Therefore, since the rolled plate is rolled in contact with the roll coating, the surface quality of the rolled plate depends on the properties of the roll coating. Since the surface defects of the sheet generated during hot rolling also affect the sheet surface quality after cold rolling, the roll coating properties in hot rolling can be said to be very important. Roll coating properties vary depending on rolling conditions (sheet material, sheet temperature, sheet surface roughness, roll temperature, roll surface roughness, rolling reduction, rolling speed, brush roll operating conditions, etc.) and rolling oil. Therefore, the choice of rolling oil is essential in controlling roll coating. Rolling oil is used in the form of an emulsion since hot rolling requires sufficient roll cooling.
[0003]
The performance required for the hot rolling oil of aluminum and aluminum alloys includes lubricity, iron corrosion resistance of ancillary equipment for hot rolling of aluminum, and the like. Conventionally, in general, as a hot rolling oil for aluminum and aluminum alloys, a mineral oil is used as a base oil, and oiliness improvers such as fatty acids, fats and oils, fatty acid esters, extreme pressure agents, rust inhibitors, antioxidants, etc. Is emulsified mainly with an anionic surfactant, and is usually used as an emulsion having a concentration of 3 to 10%.
[0004]
Increasing the amount of fatty acid, which is an oiliness improver that improves lubricity, increases the iron corrosion rate. Hot rolling oils for aluminum have not yet been developed that achieve low iron corrosion rates while maintaining good lubricity and roll coatability.
[0005]
Patent Document 1 discloses that an organic acid salt of a copolymer of a specific monomer is used together with a mineral oil, a fatty acid, a phosphoric acid ester, and the like, thereby satisfying lubricity, emulsifying dispersibility, and surface quality. On the other hand, it is disclosed that the performance degradation due to thermal degradation during long-term use is improved, but further improvement in the effect of suppressing metal corrosion is desired. .

[0028]
In addition to the above components, known additives such as rust preventive / anticorrosive, antioxidant, and emulsifier for improving initial emulsifiability may be added to the lubricating oil of the present invention, if necessary. Further, an extreme pressure agent such as triisooctyl phosphite and tricresyl phosphate can be added.
[0029]

It can be added to the lubricating oil of the present invention so as to be 5% by weight or less in the lubricating oil.
[0032]
The lubricating oil of the present invention is generally used by dispersing it in water from the viewpoint of roll cooling and fire prevention. Thereby, the hot rolling oil for aluminum plates containing the lubricating oil of the present invention and water is provided. At this time, the ratio of the lubricating oil of the present invention to water is not particularly limited, but it is usually preferable that the lubricating oil concentration be 1 to 20% by weight.
[0033]
The hot rolling oil containing water and the lubricating oil of the present invention is preferably in the form of an emulsion.
[0034]
The hot rolling oil of the present invention can suppress metal corrosion by forming an anticorrosion film on a metal surface of a compound having a triazole structure. Although the mechanism of action is not clear, the use of an oil-soluble compound (component (a)) having a triazole structure together with a water-soluble compound (component (b)) provides the anticorrosion coating with appropriate water repellency. It is considered that synergistically excellent anticorrosion effect can be obtained.

【The invention's effect】
The hot rolling oil using the lubricating oil of the present invention is excellent in the performance of inhibiting corrosion of metals such as iron, and at the same time, also excellent in rolling lubricity. Therefore, by using for hot rolling of an aluminum plate and an aluminum alloy plate, a rolled plate excellent in plate surface quality can be obtained without causing a corrosion problem of a rolling mill and peripheral machines. In addition, even if the amount of fatty acid is increased, the problem of corrosion of metals, particularly iron, does not occur.
