【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明について詳述する。

本発明の美白剤及び肌荒れ改善剤は、ツムプチィ又はその抽出物を含有することを特徴としてる。このツムプチィは、熱帯に分布する、草丈約2m、葉長0.5〜1m、葉形は長円形、葉柄が葉身よりも長いショウガ科の多年草である。また、根は白色から淡黄色をしている。この植物の根は、インドネシアにおいて、従来、子宮癌、皮膚癌、消化不良等に対する民間伝承薬として使用されている。
