Abstract
【解決手段】 吐出装置が、吐出行程によって体積流を手動で発生させる吐出装置であって、少なくとも1つの媒体用の媒体タンクと、吐出開口と、ポンプ装置と、ポンプ装置に関連する動作領域であって、不作動位置にある時、ロック装置によって保持領域に離脱可能に確実連結される動作領域とを備える。本発明によれば、ロック装置は、吐出行程方向に直交する少なくとも1つの平面上に、少なくとも帯状または円周方向に波形及び/または多角形の断面を有する。たとえば、吐出装置が、媒体の吐出に使用する。

Claims (10)
- 吐出行程によって体積流を手動で発生させる吐出装置(1)であって、少なくとも1つの媒体(17)用の媒体タンク(2)と、吐出開口(40)と、ポンプ装置と、該ポンプ装置に関連する動作領域(35)であって、不作動位置にある時、ロック装置(19、21、25、34、40)によって保持領域(5)に脱着可能に確実連結される動作領域(35)とを備えており、前記ロック装置(19、21、25、34、40)は、吐出行程方向(A)に直交する少なくとも1つの平面上に、少なくとも帯状または円周方向に波形及び/または多角形の断面を有する吐出装置。
- 前記動作領域(35)に面する前記ロック装置(19、21、25、34、40)の少なくとも1つの波形突出部(41)上に、ロック部材(42)が設けられている請求項1に記載の吐出装置。
- 前記ロック装置(19、21、25、34、40)は、前記少なくとも帯状または円周方向に波形の断面領域において、均一または部分的に異なる壁厚によって少なくとも帯状に柔軟である請求項1または2に記載の吐出装置。
- 前記ロック部材(42)は、前記波形突出部(41)から遠い面に、前記動作領域(35)の形状に適応した輪郭を有し、前記動作領域(35)用のガイド部材として設けられている請求項2または3に記載の吐出装置。
- 前記動作領域(35)は、前記媒体タンク(2)の外面上に設けられている先行の請求項のいずれか1項に記載の吐出装置。
- 前記動作領域(35)は、前記媒体タンク(2)を少なくとも帯状に包囲する送りスリーブ(9)の外面上に設けられており、前記送りスリーブ(9)は好ましくは、不作動ロック領域(36)及びそれから間隔をおいた少なくとも1つの作動ロック領域(37)を有し、また前記送りスリーブは、前記保持領域(5)内に限定的に変位可能に取り付けられ、かつ/または圧力スリーブによって制御可能であり、前記送りスリーブ(9)及び前記圧力スリーブ(38)間に少なくとも1つの離脱可能な確実圧力位置が設けられている先行の請求項のいずれか1項に記載の吐出装置。
- 前記圧力スリーブ(4)は、前記送りスリーブ(9)に沿って開始ロック領域(32)から少なくとも1つのさらなる圧力ロック領域(31)内へ移動可能である請求項6に記載の吐出装置。
- 前記ロック装置(19、21、25、34、40)は、波形及び/または多角形スリーブの形をしており、第1スリーブ面付近に少なくとも1つのロック部材(42)が設けられ、さらなる面に、好ましくは保持フランジとして構成された補強部が設けられている請求項2〜7のいずれか1項に記載の吐出装置。
- 前記圧力スリーブ(4)、前記送りスリーブ(9)、前記ロック部材(25)及び前記媒体タンク(2)は、少なくとも吐出装置(1)の二重吐出行程を実行できるように、特に確実作用ロック装置によって互いに合わせられている先行の請求項のいずれか1項に記載の吐出装置。
- 前記ロック装置(19、21、25、34、40)は、吐出行程方向(A)に直交する少なくとも1つの平面上に、少なくとも帯状または円周方向に波形及び/または多角形の断面を有し、前記媒体タンク(2)を少なくとも帯状に包囲する送りスリーブ(9)が設けられており、該送りスリーブは、前記ロック装置(19、21、25、34、40)及び圧力スリーブ(4)との確実ロック連結用に、少なくとも2つの離隔配置されたロック領域(31、32、36、37)を有すると共に、ユーザが複数回加える作動力によって前記媒体(17)を少なくとも2回吐出することができるように、前記圧力スリーブ(4)によって制御可能である請求項1の前文に記載の吐出装置。
