Claims (4)
- 吐出行程によって体積流を手動で発生させる吐出装置であって、
吐出開口(40)を有するハウジング(5)と、
ハウジング(5)に設けられたロック装置(25)と、
少なくとも1つの媒体(17)用の媒体タンク(2)と、
送りスリーブ(9)とを有し、送りスリーブ(9)が媒体タンク(2)を少なくとも部分的に包囲して媒体タンク(2)に作動力を伝達するように適合されており、
媒体タンク(2)が吐出開口(40)に向けてハウジング(5)に対して移動可能であり、吐出開口(40)を通して媒体(17)を吐出して、ポンプ装置を構成し、
吐出装置(1)の動作領域(35)が媒体タンク(2)又は送りスリーブ(9)に設けられており、
ポンプ装置を作動させるために、動作領域(35)が吐出工程方向(A)でハウジング(5)に対し相対的に移動可能であり、
ロック装置(25)がロック部材(42)を有し、吐出装置(1)の不作動位置にある時、動作領域(35)に脱着可能に確実に連結され、その不作動位置でロック装置(25)がロック状態を与えて、媒体タンク(2)がハウジング(5)に対し相対的に移動せず、
ロック装置(25)は、吐出行程方向(A)に直交する少なくとも1つの平面上に、少なくとも帯状にまたは円周方向に波形の断面を有する波形突出部(41)を有し、ロック部材(42)が波形突出部(41)に設けられており、ロック部材(42)と一緒に波形突出部(41)を外向きに変形するのに十分な作動力によってロック状態を解消して、動作領域(35)とロック部材(42)との結合を解除する、吐出装置。 - ロック装置(25)は、少なくとも部分的にまたは円周方向に波形の断面領域において、均一または部分的に異なる壁厚によって少なくとも部分的に柔軟である請求項1に記載の吐出装置。
- ロック部材(42)は、波形突出部(41)から遠い面に、動作領域(35)の形状に適応した輪郭を有し、動作領域(35)用のガイド部材として設けられている請求項1または2に記載の吐出装置。
- ロック装置(25)は、波形スリーブの形をしており、波形スリーブの形をしたロック装置(25)の1つの面付近に少なくとも1つのロック部材(42)が設けられ、さらなる面に、好ましくは保持フランジとして構成された補強部が設けられている請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の吐出装置。
