本発明は、携帯電話機の発信者番号通知機能を用いて、本人確認・決済確認及び応答オペレータ選択を可能とした電話注文受付システムに関する。

【従来の技術】
従前においては、居住地の固定電話から注文させるテレホンショッピングが行われていた。この注文受付では、電話番号が特定住所に契約されて設置されている固定電話であることが条件となっている。この制約のために、居住地に在宅している以外の時間帯には注文できない不便さを有している。また、携帯電話以外の契約をしていない学生、単身赴任者などの多くの消費者は、電話注文を行うことができない状態となっている。

従来においては、インターネット接続機能を有する携帯電話を利用した商品注文につき、携帯電話の電話番号通知機能により入手した電話番号から登録メンバーを確認し、携帯電話のインターネット画面に番号キーからの入力で商品を指定させ、或いは音声自動応答に対する番号音声を受けて音声認識により注文を受付ける商品受注システムが開発されている(特許文献1)。

これらの電話注文システムでは、販売店側の対応が自動化され無人対応が可能となることから販売経費を低減させる効果があり、一方、利用者にとっては、あらゆる場所から注文が行える利点があるが、希望の商品選択のアドバイスなどの購入相談、在庫の確認などが受けられない大きな欠点を有している。このため、貴重な時間を割いて、販売店頭を訪れて販売員と面談しなければ、商品購入のアドバイスを受けることができないものとなっている。

一方、販売店側としては、顔が見えない電話注文顧客に対しても、顧客満足度を向上させ、継続購入顧客とすることが販売上の課題となっている。このため、従来の電話コールセンターシステムにおいては、発信者番号通知機能により取得した電話番号から予め登録された会員名を検索し、その名前を音声合成して待合せアナウンスを送出したり、発信者の名前を音声合成してオペレータに着信通知接続すると共に、待合わせ時間や接続回数を知らせてオペレータ応対時の適切な対応を支援するコールセンターにおける発信者番号または顧客コードを利用した着信制御が行われている(特許文献2)。

この着信制御方法によれば、電話注文してきた顧客に対し、着信段階で顧客名を含む顧客情報を確認して対応することができるため、状況に応じて対話内容を変化させることができる。しかしながら、従来のコールセンターでは、空いている電話オペレータに自動接続されるため、顧客は電話注文のたびに異なる受付オペレータに接続される不具合を有している。

前記課題を解決するため、請求項1の発明の携帯電話注文受付システムは、携帯電話から音声通話により商品購入注文を受付けて発送手配をする電話注文受付システムであって、発信者番号通知機能及び構内回線接続制御機能を有する構内交換機と、顧客端末機からの会員登録を受付けるWEBサーバと、顧客の携帯電話からの注文受付処理業務を管理する音声注文管理サーバと、予め登録された会員の顧客情報が記録された会員データベースと、会員データベース内に設けられ注文受付管理情報が記録される電話注文受付ファイルと、販売管理業務処理システムに注文情報を引き渡す受注情報データベースとを少なくとも備えるデータベースサーバとから構成され、前記音声注文管理サーバは、顧客端末機からインターネットを介して会員登録要求を受付けて会員データベースに登録する新規会員登録手段と、予め会員登録された顧客から、携帯電話による電話注文希望の要求を受付けたとき、登録された携帯電話番号に自動発信し、携帯電話の所持者が申込者本人であることを確認して確認結果を会員データベースの顧客情報ファイルに登録すると共に、その携帯電話番号と会員コードとを電話注文受付ファイルの携帯番号・会員対応テーブルに登録する携帯所持者本人確認手段と、電話注文受付ファイルを検索し電話注文受付オペレータ群中から予め割り当てられている顧客担当オペレータを自動選定して担当オペレータコードを顧客情報ファイルに記録する担当オペレータ登録手段と、会員顧客から注文の電話を受付けた際、前記構内交換機から発信者番号通知データを受信してその携帯電話番号から前記携帯番号・会員コード対応テーブルを検索し、その会員に割り当てられている担当オペレータの電話付き端末機に顧客・購入履歴を含む顧客情報を表示すると共に着信を通知する担当オペレータ検索接続手段と、担当オペレータが顧客に音声で対応し、必要に応じて商品説明・購入相談・在庫確認を行い、顧客が希望する注文内容を受付け、受注受付画面に入力させて受注情報データベースに登録することにより受注登録・出荷指示を行う注文受付・出荷指示手段と、顧客のポイント使用の選択、口座振込みまたはクレジットカードのいずれかの決済方法希望を確認し登録する決済指示手段とを備えることを特徴とする。
