Abstract
【解決手段】円錐形ディスク式巻掛け伝動装置が、互いに離された互いに平行な軸8,10に回転可能に支承された、それぞれ2つの円錐形ディスクを備えた2つの円錐形ディスク対4,6を有しており、円錐形ディスクの軸方向の間隔が、円錐形ディスク対の回転数比を変化させるために逆方向に可変であり、これによって、円錐形ディスク対に巻き掛かった巻掛け手段12が、その都度の変速比と無関係に円錐形ディスクの円錐面に摩擦係合するようになっており、さらに、センサ40が設けられており、該センサ40が、巻掛け手段の速度を、該巻掛け手段の運動路に対して相対的に回転数比と無関係である位置を備えた箇所Sで検出するようになっているようにした。

Claims (8)
- 円錐形ディスク式巻掛け伝動装置の巻掛け手段の速度を検出するための装置において、円錐形ディスク式巻掛け伝動装置が、互いに離された互いに平行な軸(8,10)に回転可能に支承された、それぞれ2つの円錐形ディスクを備えた2つの円錐形ディスク対(4,6)を有しており、円錐形ディスクの軸方向の間隔が、円錐形ディスク対の回転数比を変化させるために逆方向に可変であり、これによって、円錐形ディスク対に巻き掛かった巻掛け手段(12)が、その都度の変速比と無関係に円錐形ディスクの円錐面に摩擦係合するようになっており、さらに、センサ(40)が設けられており、該センサ(40)が、巻掛け手段の速度を、該巻掛け手段の運動路に対して相対的に回転数比と無関係である位置を備えた箇所(S)で検出するようになっていることを特徴とする、円錐形ディスク式巻掛け伝動装置の巻掛け手段の速度を検出するための装置。
- センサ(40)が、巻掛け手段の緩み側をガイドする、円錐形ディスク対(4,6)の軸(8,10)に対して平行な軸線を中心として旋回可能なガイドレール(24)に取り付けられている、請求項1記載の装置。
- ガイドレール(24)が、円錐形ディスク対の間に配置されたオイル管(30)に、巻掛け手段(12)の運動方向に対してほぼ垂直に移動可能にかつ運動方向に移動不能に支承されている、請求項2記載の装置。
- 巻掛け手段(12)がリンクプレートチェーンであり、センサ(40)が、該センサ(40)の近くを通って運動させられる、個々のリンクプレート(34)を結合しかつ端面(38)で円錐面に摩擦係合されるピン(36)を検出するようになっている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- センサ(40)が間隔センサであり、該間隔センサが、ピン(36)の端面(38)を検出するようになっている、請求項4記載の装置。
- センサ(40)が、評価ユニット(23)に接続されており、該評価ユニット(23)にリンクプレートチェーン(12)のデータが記憶されており、評価ユニット(23)が、検出されたピン(36)の数と、検出の間にかかる期間とからリンクプレートチェーン(12)の速度を測定するようになっている、請求項4または5記載の装置。
- リンクプレートチェーンのピン(36)の数と、リンクプレートチェーンの長さとが、評価ユニット(23)に記憶されている、請求項6記載の装置。
- リンクプレートチェーン(12)が、ピン(36)の間にそれぞれ異なる間隔を有しており、評価ユニット(23)に、ピンの間のそれぞれ異なる間隔の少なくとも1つと、連続する同じ間隔の少なくとも1つの数とが記憶されており、評価ユニットが、連続する同じ間隔の数の検出後にリンクプレートチェーンの速度を測定するようになっている、請求項6記載の装置。
