The sensor 30 amplifies the electromagnetic force generated when a magnet 20 passes by an amplifier 40, only a specific frequency is extracted by a band-pass filter 41 and rectified by a rectifier 42, and then the peak value of the electromagnetic force when the magnet 20 passes is held 43.
