Claims (10)
- 殊に、各々1つの電気コンタクトピン(3)用の少なくとも1つの貫通孔(5)を有するトッププレート(2)を有する殊に燃料噴射弁用のアクチュエータ(10)であって、前記電気コンタクトピン(3)に、コンタクト片(7)付のコンタクト片坦体(4)が装着可能であり、前記貫通孔(5)の開側が、射出成形時にプラスチック(1)が浸透してこないように保護されているアクチュエータにおいて、
貫通孔(5)の開側にシーリングウォッシャ(8)が装着されており、前記シーリングウォッシャ(8)は、トッププレート(2)の上側が、少なくとも前記貫通孔(5)の領域内で重ねてカバーされていて、該カバー時に前記貫通孔(5)が密に閉じられるように構成されていることを特徴とするアクチュエータ。 - シーリングウォッシャ(8)は、貫通孔(5)の領域内で、少なくとも部分的に当該貫通孔(5)内に突入している肉厚部(9)が形成されている請求項1記載のアクチュエータ。
- シーリングウォッシャ(8)は、トッププレート(2)上に固定可能、有利には、接着可能である請求項1又は2記載のアクチュエータ。
- シーリングウォッシャ(8)を貫通孔(5)の開側に対して押し付ける弾性要素が設けられている請求項1又は2記載のアクチュエータ。
- コンタクト片坦体(4)のコンタクト片(7)とアクチュエータ(10)の基準端との間のアクチュエータ長(L)は、シーリングウォッシャ(8)の厚みとは無関係に設けることができる請求項1〜4迄の何れか1記載のアクチュエータ。
- シーリングウォッシャ(8)は、絶縁プラスチック材料を有している請求項1〜4迄の何れか1記載のアクチュエータ。
- シーリングウォッシャ(8)は、少なくとも部分的に金属製である請求項1〜6迄の何れか1記載のアクチュエータ。
- アクチュエータ(10)は、圧電素子を有している請求項1〜7迄の何れか1記載のアクチュエータ。
- 内燃機関での燃料噴射用のインジェクタに使用する請求項8記載のアクチュエータ。
- ガソリン又はディーゼル噴射用に使用する請求項8又は9記載のアクチュエータ。
