Claims (10)
- 基板(70)の表面から少なくとも1つの被覆膜(74)を選択的に除去する電気化学的方法において、前記基板を電流が流れる組成物(3)の中に浸漬する工程から成り、前記組成物(3)は少なくとも1つのハロゲン化物塩又はその前駆物質を含む方法。
- 前記ハロゲン化物塩は0.1Mから5Mの範囲内のレベルで存在している請求項1記載の方法。
- 超合金基板(70)から拡散プラチナ−アルミナイド被覆膜(72、74)の付加部分層(74)を選択的に除去する電気化学的方法において、前記基板を直流電流が流れる組成物(3)に浸漬する工程から成り、
前記組成物(3)は少なくとも1つのハロゲン化物塩又はその前駆物質から成り、前記付加部分層(74)が除去されている間、前記付加部分層(74)と前記基板(70)との間の拡散部分層(72)は大きな影響を受けない方法。 - 前記ハロゲン化物塩は塩化ナトリウムである請求項3記載の方法。
- 基板(70)上に塗布された摩耗又は損傷した拡散アルミナイド被覆膜(74)を交換する方法において、
(i)前記基板(70)を直流電流が流れ、少なくとも1つのハロゲン化物塩又はその前駆物質を含む組成物(3)に浸漬することにより、摩耗又は損傷した被覆膜(74)を電気化学的に除去する工程と、
(ii)次に、前記基板(70)上に新たな被覆膜を塗布する工程から成る方法。 - 前記拡散アルミナイド被覆膜(72、74)は前記基板(70)上に位置する拡散部分層(72)と、前記拡散部分層(72)の上に位置する付加部分層(74)とを含む請求項5記載の方法。
- 基板から拡散アルミナイド被覆膜を選択的に除去するための電気化学的剥離組成物(3)において、前記組成物は、0.1Mから5Mの範囲の濃度で前記組成物中に存在している少なくとも1つのハロゲン化物塩を含む電気化学適剥離組成物。
- 抑制剤、拡散剤、界面活性剤、湿潤剤、安定剤、沈降防止剤及びpH緩衝剤より成る群から選択された少なくとも1つの添加剤を更に含む請求項7記載の電気化学的剥離組成物。
- 基板(6)から拡散アルミナイド被覆膜を電気化学的に除去する装置(1)において、
(a)少なくとも1つのハロゲン化物塩又はその前駆物質を含む電解質(3)と、
(b)被覆された基板(6)及び電極(4、5)に接続されることが可能である直流(DC)電源(10)と、
(c)前記電源(10)が前記電解質(3)を介して前記被覆された基板に電流を印加することができる少なくとも1つの電極(4、5)とを具備する装置。 - 前記基板(6)はタービンエンジン構成要素である請求項9記載の装置。
