Abstract
ガスアシスト成形方法を用いた部品の成形方法及び部品自体を提供する。
【解決手段】
本成形方法は、金型を閉じて部材キャビティを作る工程と、金型内に樹脂を射出する工程と、樹脂の流れ内にガスを注入して部材内に中空部分を作る工程と、金型を開く工程と、普通の金型取出し技術を用いて成形済み部材を取出す工程とを含む。本方法の最終工程は、成形部材をトリミングして部品のスルー部分を露出させることを含む。本部品は配管の組立てに使用するためシール構造を備えて成形され得る。

Claims (18)
- 金型を閉じて部材キャビティを作る工程と;
金型内に樹脂を射出する工程と;
樹脂の流れ内にガスを注入して部材内に中空部分を作る工程と;
金型を開く工程と;
成形済み部材を取出す工程と;
成形済み部材からオーバーフロー部分及び入口部分を除去して中空の部品を得る工程と;を含む部品の成形方法。 - 成形済み部品が少なくとも二つのポートを備える請求項1の部品の成形方法。
- 成形済み配管部品が多数のポートを備える請求項1の部品の成形方法。
- 成形部材キャビティがシール構造体を画定する請求項1の部品の成形方法。
- シール構造体がOリングから成る請求項4の部品の成形方法。
- 外表面、入口ポート及び出口ポートを備えた中空管状部分と;入口ポート及び出口ポートの外表面に一体に形成したシール構造体と;を含む部品。
- シール構造体のシール圧力が内部圧力の増大と共に増大する請求項6の部品。
- 成形済み部品が多数のポートを備え、各ポートが外表面に一体に形成したシール構造体を備える請求項6の部品。
- シール構造体がOリングから成る請求項6の部品。
- 入口ポート及び出口ポートがそれらポートの外表面に一体に形成した多数のシール構造体を備える請求項6の部品。
- 各シール構造体がOリングから成る請求項10の部品。
- 金型を閉じて部材キャビティを作る工程と;
金型内に樹脂を射出する工程と;
樹脂の流れ内にガスを注入して部材内の中空部分を作る工程と;
金型を開く工程と;
成形済み部材を取出す工程と;
成形済み部材からオーバーフロー部分及び入口部分を除去して中空部品を得る工程と;を含む成形方法により製作した部品。 - 中空部品の入口ポート及び出口ポートの外表面に一体にシール構造体を形成した請求項12の部品。
- シール構造体のシール圧力が内部圧力の増大と共に増大する請求項12の部品。
- 部品が多数のポートを備え、各ポートが外表面に一体に形成したシール構造体を備える請求項12の部品。
- シール構造体がOリングから成る請求項13の部品。
- 中空部品の入口ポート及び出口ポートがそれらポートの外表面に一体に形成した多数のシール構造体を備える請求項12の部品。
- 各シール構造体がOリングから成る請求項17の部品。
