Abstract
【解決手段】 タービン翼の分岐脚部2を製造するために、第1のステップで、2つの固定して結合された円板状フライスを用いて、まず最初に、1回の加工プロセスにてその外部表面12,14が荒削りされ、そして精密仕上げされる。この円板状フライスには、硬い金属の入子切刃が提供されている。第2のステップにおいて、分岐脚部2のフィンガー部が製造され、当該ステップでは、1組の固定して結合された円板状フライス21を用いて、全ての溝が同時に形成され(荒削りされ)、そして精密仕上げされる。この円板状フライス21には、硬い金属の入子切刃27,28a,28b,29a,29b,31a,31bが提供されている。

Claims (16)
- 共通のシャフト(22)に配置された複数の円板状フライス(21)を有する工具(15)を用いて、
前記円板状フライスにより、荒削り加工プロセスにて溝(11)を形成すると同時に、精密加工プロセスにて壁(5)の精密削りを行い、
前記円板状フライスは、常時、複数の硬い金属の入子切刃(27,28,29,31)を備えると共に、部材(2)と嵌合される、
ことを特徴とする、部材に複数の互いに平行な壁を製造するための、特にタービン翼の分岐脚部を製造するための深溝のフライス加工方法。 - 製造されるべき全ての溝(11)が、1回の加工ステップにて製造される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の深溝のフライス加工方法。
- 前記工具(15)は、フライス加工プロセスでは、製造されるべき溝(11)の溝底部に対して平行な送り方向(18)に移動される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の深溝のフライス加工方法。 - 工具(16)は、フライス加工プロセスでは、製造されるべき溝(11)の溝底部に対して所定の角度の送り方向(18)に移動される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の深溝のフライス加工方法。
- 前記工具(16)は、前記送り方向と同一方向に回転される、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の深溝のフライス加工方法。
- 前記工具(16)は、前記送り方向と反対方向に回転される、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の深溝のフライス加工方法。
- 前記部材は、分岐脚部(2)として構成され、
互いに離間して示される前記分岐脚部(2)の外部表面(12,14)は、別のフライス加工プロセスにて、円板状フライス(32,33)を用いて製造され、
当該円板状フライスは、硬い金属の入子切刃(35,36,37,38)を有し、
前記別のフライス加工プロセスにて、荒削り加工と共に精密削り加工が行われる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の深溝のフライス加工方法。 - 前記溝(11)の製造と外部表面(12,14)との製造とは、2つの互いに連続する加工ステップにて行われる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の深溝のフライス加工方法。
- 前記外部表面(12,14)の製造は、前記溝(11)の製造より前に行われる、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の深溝のフライス加工方法。
- 常時、複数の硬い金属の入子切刃(27,28,29,31)を有し共通のシャフト(22)に配置されると共に、部材(2)と嵌合される複数の円板状フライス(21)を備え、
前記複数の硬い金属の入子切刃(27,28,29,31)は、前記円板状フライス(21)の周囲に荒削り刃を、その側面に精密削り刃を、それぞれ固定する、
ことを特徴とする、部材に複数の互いに平行な壁を製造するための、特にタービン翼の分岐脚部を製造するための深溝のフライス加工用工具。 - 全ての円板状フライスが同一に形成され、前記シャフト(22)に固定して結合されている、ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のフライス工具。
- 前記円板状フライス(21)は、角度のオフセットを有して、前記シャフト(22)に互いに保持されている、ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のフライス工具。
- 周囲に荒削り刃が、側面に精密削り刃が、それぞれ形成されるように、周囲及び側面に、硬い金属の入子切刃(35a、36a、37a、38a)を有する第1の円板状フライス(32)と、
周囲に荒削り刃が、側面に精密削り刃が、それぞれ形成されるように、周囲及び前記第1の円板状フライス(32)に向けられた側面に、硬い金属の入子切刃(35b、36b、37b、38b)を有する第2の円板状フライス(33)と、
前記2つの円板状フライス(32,33)が回転不能に、軸方向に固定されて結合されているシャフト(22)と、
を備えることを特徴とする、その位置に関して互いに高度な正確性が要求される2つの互いに離間して示される表面(12,14)加工用のフライス工具。 - 前記円板状フライス(32,33)には、軸方向の間隔を調整するための調整装置(34)が配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の表面加工用のフライス工具。
- 少なくとも前記円板状フライス(32,33)のうちの1つが、前記シャフト(22)に位置調整可能に保持され、
差動ねじを有するねじキャップ(43)が前記調整装置(34)に含まれる、
ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の表面加工用のフライス工具。 - 請求項10に記載のフライス工具と請求項13に記載のフライス工具とを有する、ことを特徴とする1組の工具。
