Abstract
【解決手段】
導電性カーボンブラック成分を有する高密度ポリエチレンからなる導電性条片(24)がプラスチック内部容器(2)の本体(22)に一体化されており、これらの条片が内部容器(2)の内面と表面との間に電気的接続手段を形成し、またそれらの厚さは内部容器(2)の壁厚に一致している。内部容器(2)を担持する台座(16)の脚(29、30)と脚枠(31)が金属または導電性プラスチックから製造されており、こうして輸送兼貯蔵容器(1)は多層プラスチック内部容器(2)の導電性条片(24)および永久帯電防止性外層(21)と外殻(13)と台座(16)とを介して電気的に接地されている。

Claims (14)
- 金属または導電性プラスチックからなるパレット状台座と、4つの側壁、底壁および頂壁、閉鎖可能な上側液体注入口、取出し栓を備えた下側液体排出口または閉鎖可能な上側液体排出口を備えて台座に立てられたプラスチックからなる内部容器と、該内部容器を取り囲む外殻とを有し、この外殻が金属製または薄板製の格子棧からなる液体輸送兼貯蔵容器において、
単層または多層内部容器(2)の本体(22)に一体化された導電性プラスチック材料からなる部分(23)が前記内部容器(2)の内面(25)と表面(26)との間に電気的接続手段を形成していることを特徴とする液体輸送兼貯蔵容器。 - 前記内部容器(2)の導電性部分(23)が該内部容器(2)の壁厚(27)に一致した厚さの条片(24)として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の容器。
- 前記導電性条片(24)が、前記内部容器(2)の周壁(3〜6)および/または該周壁(3〜6)間の隅領域(28)にわたって垂直に延びていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の容器。
- 前記導電性条片(24)が、前記内部容器(2)の周壁(3〜6)および底壁(7)にわたって導かれていることを特徴とする、請求項3記載の容器。
- 前記導電性条片(24)が、前記内部容器(2)の周壁(3〜6)、底壁(7)および頂壁(8)にわたって延びていることを特徴とする、請求項3記載の容器。
- 高密度ポリエチレンからなる単層内部容器(2)を特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の容器。
- 前記プラスチック製内部容器(2)が内層(19)と永久帯電防止性外層(21)とを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の容器。
- 前記プラスチック製内部容器(2)が内層(19)と中間層(20)と永久帯電防止性外層(21)とによって形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の容器。
- 前記内部容器(2)の内層(19)と中間層(20)との間に遮蔽層(32)が配置されており、この遮蔽層が2つのプライマー層(33、34)に埋設されていることを特徴とする、請求項8記載の容器。
- 前記内部容器(2)の内層(19)と外層(21)が高密度ポリエチレンからなり、その場合、原料として未使用の粒質物が使用され、前記外層(21)が導電性カーボンブラック成分を含むことを特徴とする、請求項7〜9のいずれか1項記載の容器。
- 前記内部容器(2)の中間層(20)が高密度ポリエチレンからなり、その場合、再利用粒質物または粉粋ポリエチレンおよび/または導電性カーボンブラック成分を有するポリエチレンの粉砕物が原料として使用されることを特徴とする、請求項8〜10のいずれか1項記載の容器。
- 前記内部容器(2)の導電性条片(24)が導電性カーボンブラック成分を含む高密度ポリエチレンからなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項記載の容器。
- 請求項1〜12に記載された液体輸送兼貯蔵容器用のプラスチック製内部容器を製造するための方法において、導電性素材からなる条片を周囲に分布させて不導電性ベース素材からなる単層チューブ状予備成形品を押出成形しまたは多層チューブ状予備成形品を同時押出成形し、ブロー成形金型内で前記予備成形品をブロー成形して前記内部容器とすることを特徴とする前記方法。
- 請求項1〜12に記載した液体輸送兼貯蔵容器用のプラスチック製内部容器を製造するための方法において、単層チューブ状予備成形品を押出成形しまたは多層チューブ状予備成形品を同時押出成形し、押出ヘッドから連続的または不連続的に進出する材料チューブを周囲に分布させて分割し、隙間空間に導電性プラスチックを射出して条片を形成し、この条片をチューブ状予備成形品と均一に溶着し、ブロー成形金型内で予備成形品をブロー成形して前記内部容器とすることを特徴とする前記方法。
