- 【請求項1】 約2〜約50モルパーセントの強誘電性材料を含む、少なく
とも2つの高誘電率のマグネシウムニオブ酸鉛粉末の混合物であって、前記誘電
性粉末混合物は異なるキュリー温度を有する、混合物。 - 【請求項2】 前記強誘電性材料がチタン酸鉛である、請求項1記載の混合
物。 - 【請求項3】 上記誘電性粉末がドーパントを5モルパーセントまで含み、
このドーパントが、ナトリウム、カリウム、ビスマス、アンチモン、鉄イオン、
アルミニウム、クロム、バリウム、ランタンから成るグループから選択される、

が約23.5モルパーセントのチタン酸鉛を含む、請求項4記載のコンデンサ・
インク。 - 【請求項10】 前記コンデンサ・インクが溶解温度の低いガラスを含み、
このガラスは、酸化バリウムを重量で2%未満、酸化ホウ素を重量で5.0%以
上、シリカを重量で2.0%未満、酸化亜鉛を重量で12.0%以上、及び残部
の酸化鉛を含む、請求項4記載のコンデンサ・インク。 - 【請求項11】 誘電率が高くキャパシタンスの温度係数が低い組込みコン
デンサであって、前記コンデンサは: a)複数のグリーンテープであって、各グリーンテープはその上にプリント
回路を有する、複数のグリーンテープと; b)上に銀の導電層を有するグリーンテープの誘電層と; c)2つ以上のマグネシウムニオブ酸鉛と強誘電性材料の誘電性粉末混合物
の混合物を含む、コンデンサ・インクでスクリーン印刷された1つ以上のグリー
ンテープであって、前記混合物は異なるキュリー温度、フラックス、鉛ベースの
ガラス、及び有機媒体を有する、1つ以上のグリーンテープと; d)上に導電性の銀の層を有するグリーンテープ層と; e)上方に位置する誘電性のグリーンテープ層と、 を備える、組込みコンデンサ。 - 【請求項12】 上記グリーンテープが金属支持基板上に支持される、請求
