Abstract

(57)【要約】 【課題】 新たな部品の追加や、ハウジング1の補助ハ
ンドル取付穴８の形状を変更することなく、補助ハンド
ル３の取り付け及び取り外しが容易に行え、仕事の姿勢
に合わせて、より持ち易い位置を選択でる、作業性の良
い刈込機を提供すること。 【解決手段】 補助ハンドル３を、ハウジング取付部
５、腕部７と握り部６が同一直線上にならないよう腕部
7を角度βで曲げることにより、補助ハンドルの取り付
け向きを変えるだけで補助ハンドル３の握り部６の位置
が変更できる。

Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 【０００１】 【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、生垣や植木等の刈
り込みをする刈込機に関するものである。 【０００２】 【従来の技術】刈込機の補助ハンドル３は図５、図７に
示すように、円柱状部材を略Ｃ字状に形成し、握り部
６、腕部７、取付部５が一直線状に配置された形状とな
っている。 【０００３】補助ハンドル３をハウジング１に装着する
際は、図６に示すハウジング１に角度αをもって形成さ
れた補助ハンドル取付穴８に、補助ハンドル３の取付部
５に形成された凸部を嵌合し、図７に示すボルト９で補
助ハンドル３をハウジング１に固定する。 【０００４】刈込作業の際には、図９に示すようにハウ
ジング1に一体成形された主ハンドル２と補助ハンドル
３をそれぞれ掴み、ハウジング１前部に装着された刈込
刃4により、生垣や植木等を切断する。 【０００５】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】作業姿勢や個人の体格
が変わってもハウジング前部に装着された補助ハンドル
の握り部の位置は固定されているため、操作性が悪く感
じられる場合がある。 【０００６】本発明の目的は、補助ハンドルの取り付け
及び取り外しが容易に行え、仕事の姿勢に合わせて、よ
り持ち易い位置を選択できる、作業性の良い刈込機を提
供することである。 【０００７】 【課題を解決するための手段】上記目的は、補助ハンド
ル、腕部と握り部が同一直線上にならないよう腕部を角
度βで曲げることで達成される。 【０００８】 【発明の実施の形態】本発明による補助ハンドル３の一
実施形態を図１から図４に示す。補助ハンドル３は略Ｃ
字状で、腕部７は角度βで曲げられており、取付部５、
腕部７及び握り部６は一直線状に形成されていない。ま
た、補助ハンドル３のハウジング１への装着方法は従来
の技術と同様である。 【０００９】このような構成にすることにより、図３、
図４に示すように、補助ハンドル３のハウジング１への
取り付け向きを変えるだけで、補助ハンドル３の握り部
６の位置を変えることができ、刈込時の刈込機の保持姿
勢によって操作しやすい補助ハンドル３の握り部６の位
置を選択することが可能となる。 【００１０】 【発明の効果】本発明によれば、部品を追加することな
しに仕事の姿勢に合わせて、より持ち易い位置を選択で
き、作業性のよい刈込機を提供できる。

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 【請求項１】 ハウジングに形成された主ハンドルと、
    前記ハウジングに着脱可能に取り付けられ、握り部、腕
    部、取付部からなる補助ハンドルを有する刈込機におい
    て、前記補助ハンドルは握り部を支持する腕部を曲げ、
    前記補助ハンドルを前記ハウジングに左右反転に取り付
    けることにより前記握り部位置を変えることを特徴とす
    る刈込機。
