【請求項１】 下記化１の構造式を持つポリチオフェン類であって、

式中、Ｒ及びＲ’は側鎖であり、Ａは二価結合基であり、ｘ及びｙは非置換チエニレン単位の数を示し、ｚは０又は１であり、ｘとｙとの合計は０より大きく、ｍはセグメントの数を示し、ｎは重合度を示すことを特徴とするポリチオフェン類。
【請求項２】 請求項１に記載のポリチオフェン類であって、前記側鎖Ｒ及びＲ’は各々独立して、アルキルと、アルコキシアルキル、シロキシ置換アルキル、パーハロアルキルなどのアルキル誘導体、及びポリエーテルから成る群より選ばれ、前記Ａは、必要に応じて、フェニレン、ビフェニレン、フェナントレニレン、ジヒドロフェナントレニレン、フルオレニレン、オリゴアリーレン、メチレン、ポリメチレン、ジアルキルメチレン、ジオキシアルキレン、ジオキシアリーレン、又はオリゴエチレンオキシドなどの、アルキレン又はアリーレンであり、ｎは約５〜約５,０００であることを特徴とするポリチオフェン類。
【請求項３】 下記化２の（１）、（２）、（３）、（４）、（５）、又は（６）の構造式を持つことを特徴とするポリチオフェン類。

【請求項４】 請求項１に記載のポリチオフェン類であって、ｘは約１〜約７の数であり、ｚは０又は１であり、ｍは１〜約５であり、ｎは約５〜約３，０００であることを特徴とするポリチオフェン類。
【請求項５】 請求項２に記載のポリチオフェン類であって、前記パーハロアルキルはパーフルオロアルキルであることを特徴とするポリチオフェン類。
【請求項６】 請求項１に記載のポリチオフェン類であって、Ａは、フェニレン、ビフェニレン、又はフルオレニレンであることを特徴とするポリチオフェン類。
【請求項７】 請求項１に記載のポリチオフェン類であって、ｘ、ｙ、及びｍは１〜３であり、ｚは０又は１であることを特徴とするポリチオフェン類。
【請求項８】 請求項１に記載のポリチオフェン類であって、前記Ａは２価のアリーレン結合基であることを特徴とするポリチオフェン類。
