Claims (3)

  1. 硫可能な材料からなる少なくとも一つの層を有する所定長のホースをマンドレル上に挿入するステップと、挿入された該ホースを加硫するステップとを有する、所定長のホースをマンドレル上で形成する方法において、
    前記マンドレルは、少なくとも一方に湾曲部が形成された、一対の延びる脚部を有し、
    前記所定長のホースを、該ホースの第1の端部を前記マンドレルの一方の前記脚部上に挿入し、次にホースの第2の端部を前記マンドレルの他方の前記脚部上に挿入することによって、前記マンドレル上に挿入することを特徴とする、所定長のホースの形成方法。
  2. 記所定長のホースを前記マンドレル上に挿入する前に、前記所定長のホースを部分的に加硫するステップを有する、請求項1記載の所定長のホースの形成方法。
  3. ースを形成するマンドレルにおいて、
    少なくとも一方に湾曲部が形成された、互いに向きあう一対の脚部を有することを特徴とするマンドレル。
