(57)【要約】 本発明はワイパアーム（１０）および／またはワイパブレード（２８）が設けられたワイパから出発しており、ワイパアーム（１０）は固定部材（１２）と、ワイパロッド（２４）を備えた枢着部材（１４）とから構成されていて、ワイパブレード（２８）は少なくとも１つの中央湾曲部材（３０）と、この中央湾曲部材（３０）に枢着された下位の湾曲部材（３４）とを備えた支持湾曲装置を有しており、この場合ヒンジバー（２２）もしくはヒンジピン（３６）を備えたヒンジ（１８）が設けられていて、このヒンジバー（２２）もしくはヒンジピン（３６）は部分的に互いに重なり合う構成部材（１２，１４；３０，３４）の側壁間に保持される。ヒンジバー（２２）もしくはヒンジピン（３６）は外側構成部材（１４）の側壁（４４，４６）の内面に溶接されていることが提案される。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】 背景技術 本発明は、独立請求項の上位概念部に記載のワイパから出発している。
【０００２】 公知のワイパは、固定部材と、この固定部材に枢着されてワイパロッドを備え
た枢着部材とから構成されているワイパアームを有している。ワイパロッドの鉤
状端部はワイパブレードの懸吊ボックス（Einhaengekasten）内に入り込んでお
り、この懸吊ボックスは中央湾曲部材の２つの側壁間に形成されていてヒンジピ
ンを有している。このように形成されたヒンジは、ワイパブレードがウインドガ
ラス上を旋回運動する間、これをガイドする。ワイパブレードは一般的に、別の
ヒンジピンを介して中央湾曲部材に枢着された下位の湾曲部材を備えた複数部材
から成る支持湾曲装置を有していて、これらの下位の湾曲部材のうち、少なくと
もいくつかは端部に設けられた爪でワイパ条片をそのヘッド条片（Kopfleiste）
において保持する。複数部材から成る支持湾曲装置、およびヘッド条片に挿入さ
れたスプリングストリップ（Federschiene）によって、拭き取り時にワイパ条片
は、均等な載着圧（Auflagedruck）でもって、屈曲されたウインドガラスに適合
することができる。このようなワイパはたとえばドイツ連邦共和国特許出願公開
第３７４４２３７号明細書から公知である。簡素化された構成では、中間湾曲部
材および爪付湾曲部材とも呼ばれる下位の湾曲部材を省略することもできる。最
も簡単な形式では、中央湾曲部材自体がワイパ条片を保持する爪を有している。
【０００３】 ヒンジバーもしくはヒンジピンは、孔を通って、部分的に重なり合う構成部材
の側壁内に延びて、両端部がリベット結合される。これによって外面に突出する
リベット頭部が形成され、このリベット頭部は、空気流および外観の障害となり
、ならびに腐食しやすい。
【０００４】 発明の利点 本発明によると、ヒンジバーおよびヒンジピンは外側構成部材の側壁の内面に
溶接される。これによって外面では平滑な表面が得られ、この表面は流体力学的
に有利なだけではなく、好ましい外観も得られる。さらにこの領域には汚れおよ
び湿気がほとんど残らないので、この位置は腐食に対する危険性が少ない。
【０００５】 製作を容易にするために、ヒンジバーもしくはヒンジピンの領域の内面にくぼ
みが設けられており、このくぼみには、ヒンジバーもしくはヒンジピンの凸状に
構成された端部が、側壁に溶接結合される前に係合することができる。
【０００６】 溶接結合には、抵抗溶接方法がとくに有利である。
【０００７】 別の利点は以下に述べる図面の説明から明らかである。図面には本発明の実施
例が示されている。図面、実施例の説明および請求項は多数の特徴を組み合わせ
て含んでいる。専門家はこれらの特徴を目的に応じて個別化したり、別の有利な
組み合わせにまとめたりすることもできる。
【０００８】 実施例の説明 ワイパアーム１０は固定部材１２と、ワイパロッド２４を備えた枢着部材１４
とから構成されている。ワイパアーム１０にはワイパブレード２８が枢着されて
おり、この枢着はワイパロッド２４の鉤状端部２６が、ワイパブレード２８の中
央湾曲部材３０の両側面間に入り込んで、ヒンジピン３６（Gelenkstift）を包
囲するように把持することによって得られる。中央湾曲部材３０の両端部には、
別のヒンジピン３６によって、爪付湾曲部材３４の形状をした下位の湾曲部材が
枢着されており、これらの爪付湾曲部材３４はワイパ条片３８を保持している。
【０００９】 固定部材１２は一方の端部に軸受箇所１６を有しており、この軸受箇所１６で
固定部材１２は、図示していないワイパ駆動装置の駆動軸に取り付けられている
。他方の端部では、この固定部材１２は枢着部材１４と共にヒンジ１８を形成し
ており、このヒンジ１８の形成は側壁４４，４６（図２）が、ヒンジ１８の領域
において固定部材１２の側壁４０，４２をカバーして、ヒンジバー２２（Gelenk
bolzen）を介して枢着軸線２０を中心に旋回可能に結合されていることによって
得られる。ヒンジバー２２はそれぞれ凸状の端部５４を有しており、ヒンジバー
２２のこれらの端部５４は、枢着部材１４の外側に位置する側壁４４，４６のく
ぼみ３２に係合する。前もって組み立てられた後に、ヒンジバー２２は抵抗溶接
によって側壁４４，４６に結合される。これによって側壁４４，４６の外面は扁
平で流体力学上有利である。これらの側壁には浸食性の媒体および汚れは堆積し
ないので、さらにこれらの側壁は腐食に対する抵抗力がある。
【００１０】 ヒンジバー２２には、固定部材１２が複数の軸受ブシュ４８を介して支承され
ており、これらの軸受ブシュ４８は、側壁４０，４２と側壁４４，４６との間に
カラー５０を有しており、これによってこれらの側壁間で金属的な接触を防止す
ることができる。側壁４０，４２の外面は段部５２を有しており、この段部５２
はカラー５０を部分的に軸方向にカバーしていて、したがって外側の側壁４４，
４６と内側の側壁４０，４２との間の間隙は小さくなっている。
【００１１】 図３は半分組み立てられた状態のヒンジ１８を示している。固定部材１２には
、すでに軸受ブッシュ４８およびヒンジバー２２が前もって組み立てられている
。固定部材１２を側壁４４と４６との間に押し込むために、これらの側壁４４，
４６は、一点鎖線で示したように弾性的に僅かに屈曲されて開かれるので、ヒン
ジバー２２の端部５４はくぼみ３２に係止することができる。
【００１２】 図２および図３に詳しく示した、ヒンジバー２２と側壁４４，４６との間の結
合は、同様の形式で、ヒンジピン３６と中央湾曲部材３０との結合、および該ヒ
ンジピン３６と爪付湾曲部材３４との結合のために用いることができる。

Claims (4)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 ワイパであって、ワイパアーム（１０）が設けられていて、
    該ワイパアーム（１０）は固定部材（１２）と、ワイパロッド（２４）を備えた
    枢着部材（１４）とから構成されており、ヒンジバー（２２）もしくはヒンジピ
    ン（３６）を備えたヒンジ（１８）が設けられていて、このヒンジバー（２２）
    もしくはヒンジピン（３６）は、部分的に重なり合う構成部材（１２，１４；３
    ０，３４）の側壁間に保持されている形式のものにおいて、 ヒンジバー（２２）もしくはヒンジピン（３６）は、外側構成部材（１４）の
    側壁（４４，４６）の内面に溶接されていることを特徴とするワイパ。
  2. 【請求項２】 ワイパであって、ワイパブレード（２８）が設けられていて
    、該ワイパブレード（２８）は、少なくとも１つの中央湾曲部材（３０）と、該
    中央湾曲部材（３０）に枢着された下位の湾曲部材（３４）とを備えた支持湾曲
    装置を有しており、ヒンジバー（２２）もしくはヒンジピン（３６）を備えたヒ
    ンジ（１８）が設けられていて、このヒンジバー（２２）もしくはヒンジピン（
    ３６）は、部分的に重なり合う構成部材（１２，１４；３０，３４）の側壁間に
    保持されている形式のものにおいて、 ヒンジバー（２２）もしくはヒンジピン（３６）は外側の構成部材（１４）の
    側壁（４４，４６）の内面に溶接されていることを特徴とするワイパ。
  3. 【請求項３】 ヒンジバー（２２）もしくはヒンジピン（３６）が抵抗溶接
    によって溶接されている、請求項１または２記載のワイパ。
  4. 【請求項４】 外側構成部材（１４）の側壁（４４，４６）が、内面にくぼ
    み（３２）を有しており、該くぼみ（３２）にヒンジバー（２２）もしくはヒン
    ジピン（３６）の凸状の端部（５４）が、溶接結合される前に係合する、請求項
    １から３までのいずれか１項記載のワイパ。
