Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ケーシング(2A,2B;102A,102B;202B;302A, 302B;402A,402B;602A,602B,602C;702A,7 02D;802A,802B,802C;902A,902B)と; 前記ケーシングと一体若しくはそれに固定されるとともにリアクション・プロ フィールを規定する内周部(4;104;304;404;504;604;7 04;804;904)を有するリアクション・メンバと; 回転軸線(10;110;210;310;410;810)の周りに前記リ アクション・メンバと互いに回転するように取り付けられたシリンダブロックで あって、前記回転軸線に対して半径方向に配置されるとともに圧力下にある流体 が供給されることに適した、シリンダ(12;812)およびピストン(14; 814)を有した複数のピストン−シリンダ組を有するシリンダブロック(6; 106;206;306;406;606)と; 前記回転軸線の周りにケーシングと共に回転することを強制されるともに、前 記シリンダを流体供給・排出ダクト(32,34;822)と連通させることの できる分配ダクト(18;818)が設けられた内部流体分配装置(16;11 6;216;316;416;616;816;916)と; 前記ケーシングおよび前記シリンダブロックと共にそれぞれ前記回転軸線の周 りに回転することが強制された第1および第2の制動手段(42,44;142 ,144;342,344;442,444;642,644;742,744 ;842,844;942,944)と、前記第1および第2の制動手段を制動 係合状態に付勢して前記シリンダブロックおよび前記ケーシングが互いに回転す ることを防止する制動位置と、制動解除位置との両方を取ることに適した制動ピ ストン(40;140;340;440;540;640;740;840;9 4 0)と、前記制動ピストンを前記制動位置と制動解除位置との間で変位させるた めの手段(68,60;168,160;368,360;468,460;6 60;768,760;868,860;968,960)とを有した制動シス テムと; を備える液圧モータにおいて、 前記制動ピストン(40;140;340;4・40;540;640;74 0;840;940)は、前記回転軸線の周りに前記ケーシングと共に回転する ことが強制されると共に略半径方向に延びる作動制動面を有し、 前記第1制動手段に属する第1制動部材(42;142;342;442;6 42;742;842;942)が前記作動面と一体であるか若しくはそれに固 定されている、ことを特徴とする液圧モータ(1;801;901)。 2. 前記ケーシングの一部を形成するとともに、内側軸線方向面(50;1 50;650;750;850;950)を有した連結カラー(47,48;1 47,148;348;448;602C;702D;947)を含み、 前記内側軸線方向面は、前記制動ピストンの外側軸線方向面(54;154; 654;754;854;954)と協働して、前記ピストンを前記ケーシング と共に回転することが強制されるように固定するようになっており、 前記内側および外側軸線方向面が、この目的に適した連結プロフィールを有す る、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモータ。 3. 前記連結カラー(47,48;148)は、前記リアクション・メンバ と一体で軸線方向に延びる延長部分によって構成される、ことを特徴とする請求 項2に記載のモータ。 4. 前記リアクション・メンバの前記リアクション・プロフィール(4;1 04;304;404;504;604;704;804;904)は起伏によ って形成され、前記連結プロフィール(50,54;150,154;650, 654;750,754;850,854;950,954)もまた起伏によっ て形成され、前記内側連結表面の連結プロフィールにおける前記起伏の谷部分が 、前記リアクション・メンバの前記起伏における谷部分のうちの少なくともいく つかと一致して軸線方向に延びている、ことを特徴とする請求項2または3に記 載のモータ。 5. 前記第2制動手段に属する第2制動部材(44;144;344:44 4;644;844;944)が、前記制動ピストンの前記作動面と対向して延 びる前記シリンダブロック(6;106;306;406;606;806;9 06)の端面と一体であるか若しくはそれに固定されている、ことを特徴とする 請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のモータ。 6. 前記第2制動手段に属する第2制動部材(744)は、シリンダブロッ ク(706)に対する回転が防止されるように結合されたシャフト(705)を 備えたフランジ(705A)と一体である、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の いずれかに記載のモータ。 7. 前記第1および第2の制動手段はそれぞれ、第1列の噛み合いクラッチ 歯(42;142;342;442;642;742;842;942)および 第2列の噛み合いクラッチ歯(44;144;344;444;644;744 ;844;944)を備え、かつ前記第1列の歯が前記制動ピストンの前記作動 面と一体であるか若しくはそれに固定されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃 至6のいずれかに記載のモータ。 8. 前記制動ピストンを前記制動位置と前記制動解除位置との間で変位させ るための手段は、圧力下の流体が供給されることに適した制動解除室(60;1 60;360;460;660;760;860:960)を備え、この制動解 除室は略半径方向に延びる壁を有し、この壁は、前記ピストンの作動面と同様に して対向する前記ピストンの表面によって形成されると共に前記作動面に対して 軸線方向にオフセットされている、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか に記載のモータ。 9. 前記制動解除室は、前記連結カラーに属する2つの段状軸線方向部分( 48A,48B;148A;148B)と、前記制動ピストンに属する2つの段 状軸線方向部分(40A,40B;140A,140B)との間に形成され、 第1の封止ガスケット(64;164)が、前記カラーの第1の軸線方向部分 と、前記制動ピストンの対向する第1の軸線方向部分との間に配置され、 第2の封止ガスケット(66;166)が、前記カラーの第2の軸線方向部分 と、前記制動ピストンの対向する第2の軸線方向部分との間に配置される、 ことを特徴とする請求項2乃至8のいずれかに記載のモータ。 10. 両者間に前記制動解除室(160)が設けられる前記連結カラーおよ び前記制動ピストン(140)の軸線方向部分(148A,148B;140A ,140B)が環状であり、 前記カラーの前記第1の軸線方向部分(148A)は、セットバック(148 C)を介して、当該カラーの連結用の前記内側軸線方向面に連結され、 前記制動ピストン(140)の前記第1の軸線方向部分(140A)は、肩部 を介して、当該ピストンの連結用の前記外側軸線方向面に連結される、ことを特 徴とする請求項9に記載のモータ。 11. 前記連結用の内側軸線方向面(50;150;650;750;85 0;950)および前記連結用の外側軸線方向面(54;154;654;75 4;854;954)は、前記連結カラー(47,48;147,148;34 8;448;602C;702D;947)の第1の軸線方向部分上および前記 制動ピストン(40;140;340;440;(540;640;740;8 40;940)の第1の軸線方向部分上にそれぞれ形成され、 前記連結プロフィールは起伏を有する輪郭である、ことを特徴とする請求項9 に記載のモータ。 12. 前記制動システムは、少なくとも2組の機械式の制動解除手段を有し 、 この制動解除手段の各組はそれぞれ、 前記制動ピストン(40)に設けられ、前記ピストンにおいて前記第1の制動 手段(42)とは反対側に位置した略半径方向に延びる表面(41)に開口する 軸線方向ねじ孔(90)と、 前記ケーシングの略半径方向部分(2B)に設けられ、前記制動ピストン(4 0)に対向して位置すると共に、前記ピストンの前記ねじ孔(50)と整列配置 された軸線方向孔(92)と を有すると共に、 前記ケーシングの前記軸線方向孔を介した前記制動ピストンのねじ孔内への挿 入に適合した制動解除ねじをさらに有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至11 のいずれかに記載のモータ。 13. 当該モータの回転速度を測定するための手段を含み、この手段は、当 該モータの固定子側の要素(302B)内に受容されると共に当該モータの回転 子(306)と共に回転することが強制された前記第1および第2の列の歯のう ちの一つ(344)と対向した速度検出器(380)を有する、ことを特徴とす る請求項1乃至12のいずれかに記載のモータ。 14. 中空の円筒状スリーブ(274)によって前記分配装置(216)の 領域内に画成された軸線方向貫通路(270)が設けられ、 前記分配装置の第1の側に位置する前記貫通路の第1の軸線方向端部(274 A)は、シリンダブロック(206)内に設けられて前記スリーブと整列した軸 線方向貫通孔(272)の壁と封止状態で連結され、 前記分配装置(216)の他の側に位置する前記貫通路の第2の軸線方向端部 (274B)は、前記ケーシング(202B)内の軸線方向貫通孔(278)の 壁に対して封止状態で連結されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至13のい ずれかに記載のモータ。
