Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.発熱性化学転化と吸熱性化学転化を同時に行うための装置であって、入口 、出口、およびそれらの間の酸素源を含むガスの流動のための通路を有するシェ ル、ならびにこのシェル内に少なくとも1つの化学転化用自熱式モジュールを含 み、各モジュールは、供給口を有する燃焼コンパートメント、および製品口を有 する接触コンパートメントを含み、接触コンパートメントと燃焼コンパートメン トはそれらの間の開口を通して流動連絡し、各酸化コンパートメントは、操作温 度で電子伝導性、酸素イオン伝導性、ならびに酸素および1種またはそれ以上の 他の揮発性成分を含有するガス混合物から伝導度により酸素を分離する能力を示 す結晶質混合金属酸化物を含む稠密セラミックメンブランを収容した隔壁で、通 路から分離され、各接触コンパートメントは、燃焼コンパートメント内に、稠密 セラミックメンブランを収容した隔壁から放射熱を受け取るように配置された壁 を含む装置。 2.結晶質混合金属酸化物組成物が、鉱物ペロブスカイトCaTiO3の構造 に基づくX線同定可能な結晶構造を有する一群の材料から選択される、請求項1 記載の装置。 3.結晶質混合金属酸化物組成物が DαEα+βOδ (式中、Dはマグネシウム、カルシウム、ストロンチウムおよびバリウムよりな る群から選択される少なくとも1種の金属を含み、Eはバナジウム、クロム、マ ンガン、鉄、コバルトおよびニッケルよりなる群から選択される少なくとも1種 の元素を含み、αは約1〜約4の数値であり、βは0.1〜約20の数値であり 、かつ、 1.1<(α+β)/α≦6 であり、δは化合物の電荷を中性にする数値である)により表され、この結晶質 混合金属酸化物組成物が粉末X線回折パターン分析により同定可能な統合された 結晶質構造を有する、請求項1記載の装置。 4.統合された結晶質構造が、異なる構造の架橋層により互いに分離して保持 されたペロブスカイト構造を有する層を含む、請求項1記載の装置。 5.結晶質混合金属酸化物組成物が (D1-yM’y)α(E1-xGx)α+βOδ (式中、Dはマグネシウム、カルシウム、ストロンチウムおよびバリウムよりな る群から選択される金属であり、M’はマグネシウム、カルシウム、ストロンチ ウム、バリウム、銅、亜鉛、銀、カドミウム、金および水銀よりなる群から選択 される金属であり、Eはバナジウム、クロム、マンガン、鉄、コバルトおよびニ ッケルよりなる群から選択される元素であり、Gはバナジウム、クロム、マンガ ン、鉄、コバルト、ニッケル、ニオブ、モリブデン、テクネチウム、ルテニウム 、ロジウム、パラジウム、インジウム、スズ、アンチモン、レニウム、鉛および ビスマスよりなる群から選択される元素であり、ただしD、E、GおよびM’は 独立して選択される異なる元素であり、yは約0.1〜約0.5の数値であり、 xは0.1〜約0.8の数値であり、αは約1〜約4の数値であり、βは0.1 〜約20の数値であり、かつ 1.1<(α+β)/α≦6 であり、δは化合物の電荷を中性にする数値である)により表され、この結晶質 混合金属酸化物組成物が粉末X線回折パターン分析により同定可能な統合された 結晶質構造を有し、かつ統合された結晶質構造が、異なる構造の架橋層により互 いに分離して保持されたペロブスカイト構造を有する層を含む、請求項1記載の 装置。 6.結晶質混合金属酸化物組成物が Srα(Fe1-xCox)α+βOδ (式中、xは0.01〜約1の数値であり、αは約1〜約4の数値であり、βは 0〜約20の数値であり、かつ 1<(α+β)/α≦6 であり、δは化合物の電荷を中性にする数値である)により表され、この組成物 が実質的に表Iに記載した有意の線を含む粉末X線回折パターンを有する、請求 項1記載の装置。 7.結晶質混合金属酸化物組成物が (Sr1-YMY)α(Fe1-XCoX)α+βOδ 式中、Mは、イットリウム、バリウムおよびランタンよりなる群から選択される 元素であり、Xは約0.01〜約0.95の数値であり、Yは約0.01〜約0 .95の数値であり、αは約1〜約4の数値であり、βは0〜約20の数値であ り、かつ 1.1<(α+β)/α≦6 であり、δは化合物の電荷を中性にする数値である)により表され、この結晶質 混合金属酸化物組成物が粉末X線回折パターン分析により同定可能な統合された 結晶質構造を有し、かつ統合された結晶質構造が、異なる構造の架橋層により互 いに分離して保持されたペロブスカイト構造を有する層を含む、請求項1記載の 装置。 8.結晶質混合金属酸化物組成物が SrFeCo0.5Oδ (式中、δは化合物の電荷を中性にする数値である)により表され、この組成物 が実質的に表Iに記載した有意の線を含む粉末X線回折パターンを有する、請求 項1記載の装置。 9.合成ガスの製造方法であって、 (A)入口、出口、およびそれらの間の酸素源を含むガスの流動のための通路 を有するシェル、ならびにこのシェル内に少なくとも1つの化学転化用自熱式モ ジュールを含み、各モジュールは、供給口を有する燃焼コンパートメント、およ び化学転化触媒を収容しかつ製品口を有する接触コンパートメントを含み、接触 コンパートメントと燃焼コンパートメントはそれらの間の開口を通して流動連絡 し、各酸化コンパートメントは、操作温度で電子伝導性、酸素イオン伝導性、な らびに酸素および1種またはそれ以上の他の揮発性成分を含有するガス混合物か ら伝導度により酸素を分離する能力を示す結晶質混合金属酸化物を含む稠密セラ ミックメンブランを収容した隔壁で、通路から分離され、各接触コンパートメン トは、燃焼コンパートメント内に、稠密セラミックメンブランを収容した隔壁か ら放射熱を受け取るように配置された壁を備えている装置を用意し; (B)酸素源を含むガス混合物を入口から通路へ供給し、枯渇したガス混合物 を通路から出口を通して排出することにより、通路内に相対的に高い酸素分圧を 維持し; (C)二原子酸素を含有しない、1種またはそれ以上のヒドロカルビル化合物 を含むガス状供給原料を、酸化コンパートメントの供給口から自熱式モジュール へ供給することにより、燃焼コンパートメント内に相対的に低い酸素分圧を維持 し; (D)メンブランを通して、相対的に高い酸素分圧を有する酸素含有ガス混合 物から相対的に低い酸素分圧を有するガス組成物へ酸素を輸送させ、供給原料中 のヒドロカルビル化合物のうち約20〜約40%を酸化して熱を発生させ、酸化 生成物および未転化ヒドロカルビル化合物を含む生成混合物を形成させ; (E)得られた混合物を接触コンパートメント内で約500〜約1150℃の 温度において化学転化触媒と接触させて、水素および一酸化炭素を含む合成ガス を形成させ;そして (F)部分燃焼コンパートメントから接触コンパートメントへそれらの間の壁 を通して熱を伝達させ、合成ガスを接触コンパートメントから製品口を通して排 出させる ことを含む方法。 10.触媒が、少なくとも1種の次式のハイドロタルサイト様化合物を含む触 媒前駆組成物: [M2+ wAl3+ (2-y)M3+ y(OH)2(w+2)]2+(An- 2/n)・mH2O (式中、M2+は、マグネシウム、クロム、マンガン、鉄、コバルト、ニッケル、 銅および亜鉛イオンよりなる群から選択される2+の原子価をもつ少なくとも1 種の金属イオンであり;M3+は、チタン、バナジウム、クロム、マンガン、鉄、 コバルト、ニッケル、ガリウム、ルテニウム、ロジウム、ランタン、セリウム、 プラセオジム、ネオジム、サマリウム、ユーロピウム、ガドリニウム、テルビウ ム、ジスプロシウム、ホルミウム、エルビウム、ツリウム、イッテルビウム、ル テチウムおよびイリジウムイオンよりなる群から選択される3+の原子価をもつ 少なくとも1種の金属イオンであり;wは約2〜約20の数値であり;yは約0 〜約2の数値であり;An-はnの陰電荷を有するアニオンであり;mは0または 正の数値である)をリホーミング条件下に少なくとも約400℃より高い温度で 熱処理することにより生成する組成物を含む、請求項9記載の合成ガスの製造方 法。 11.結晶質混合金属酸化物組成物が SrFeCo0.5Oδ (式中、δは化合物の電荷を中性にする数値である)により表され、この組成物 が実質的に下記の有意の線を含む粉末X線回折パターンを有する、請求項9記載 の方法: 面間隔、d、Å 帰属する強度 9.52 ±.05 弱 3,17 ±.05 弱 2.77 ±.05 中−強 2.76 ±.05 中−強 2.73 ±.03 極強 2.08 ±.03 弱−中 1.96 ±.02 中 1.90 ±.02 弱−中 1.592±.009 弱−中 1.587±.009 中 1.566±.009 弱
