Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. n+1個の炭素原子を有するカルボン酸からなる生成物を製造するに際し 、n個の炭素原子を有するアルコールおよび/またはその反応性誘導体とハロゲ ンおよび/またはハロゲン化合物先駆体と水と一酸化炭素とからなる組成物を液 相にて高められた温度および圧力で、水素および窒素含有複素環化合物から選択 される官能基を持ったポリマー樹脂における第VIII族貴金属からなる不均質 触媒の存在下に反応させることを特徴とするカルボン酸からなる生成物の製造方 法。 2. アルコールが1〜12個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族アルコールである請求 の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 3. 先駆体をハロゲン化水素、ハロゲン化アルキル、ハロゲン化アリール、金 属ハロゲン化物、ハロゲン化アンモニウム、ハロゲン化ホスホニウム、ハロゲン 化アルソニウムおよびハロゲン化スチボニウムから選択する請求の範囲第1項ま たは第2項に記載の方法。 4. 水を反応混合物の重量に対し0.1〜25重量%の濃度にて存在させる請 求の範囲第1〜3項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 5. 水を反応混合物の重量に対し0.1〜6.0重量%の濃度にて存在させる 請求の範囲第4項に記載の方法。 6. 水を反応混合物の重量に対し0.5〜4重量%の濃度にて存在させる請求 の範囲第5項に記載の方法。 7. 水素を0.1〜10bargの分圧にて存在させる請求の範囲第1〜6項 のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 8. 第VIII族貴金属がロジウムもしくはイリジウムである請求の範囲第1 〜7項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 9. ポリマー樹脂が未置換もしくは置換イミダゾールである請求の範囲第1〜 8項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 10. ポリマー樹脂がポリベンズイミダゾールである請求の範囲第9項に記載 の方法。 11. ポリマー樹脂が、遊離塩基またはN−オキシド型における多孔質架橋4 −もしくは2−ビニルピリジンコポリマーである請求の範囲第1〜8項のいずれ か一項に記載の方法。 12. 50〜250℃の温度および1〜500bargGの圧力にて行う請求 の範囲第1〜11項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
