Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.生分解性のポリマーを含む複合治療インプラント材料であって、該複合材料 において増強した機械的特性を生成するのに充分な量の表面を不働態化(pas siviate)した生理活性セラミックを含む生分解性ポリマーを含む、イン プラント材料。 2.前記生理活性セラミックが、前記材料の容量に基づいて、約70%未満の量 で存在する、請求項1に記載のインプラント材料。 3.前記生理活性セラミックが、前記材料の容量に基づいて、約40%未満の量 で存在する、請求項1に記載のインプラント材料。 4.前記生理活性セラミックが、前記材料の容量に基づいて、約30%未満の量 で存在する、請求項1に記載のインプラント材料。 5.前記材料の容量に基づいて、約50%より多い空隙率を有する、請求項1に 記載のインプラント材料。 6.前記材料の容量に基づいて、約75%未満の空隙率を有する、請求項1に記 載のインプラント材料。 7.実質的に非多孔質である、請求項1に記載のインプラント材料。 8.生理的条件下で約1GPaと約100GPaとの間のヤング率を有する、請 求項1に記載の実質的に非多孔質のインプラント材料。 9.生理的条件下で約1GPaと約30GPaとの間のヤング率を有する、請求 項1に記載の実質的に非多孔質のインプラント材料。 10.生理的条件下で約0.1MPaと約100MPaとの間のヤング率を有す る、請求項1に記載の多孔質のインプラント材料。 11.生理的条件下で約0.5MPaと約50MPaとの間のヤング率を有する 、請求項1に記載の多孔質のインプラント材料。 12.前記生理活性セラミックが、水溶液と予め反応させることによって表面不 働態化されている、請求項1に記載のインプラント材料。 13.シランカップリング剤もまた含む、請求項1に記載のインプラント材料。 14.前記生分解性ポリマーが、ポリ乳酸(PLA)ポリマー、ポリグリコール 酸(PGA)ポリマー、およびPLAとPGAとのコポリマーからなる群より選 択される、請求項1に記載のインプラント材料。 15.前記生分解性ポリマーが約15と約50%との間のPGAを含むPLAと PGAとのコポリマーである、請求項1に記載のインプラント材料。 16.前記生理活性セラミックがSiO2、CaOおよびP2O5を含む、請求項1に記載 のインプラント材料。 17.仕上がりインプラント材料における前記ポリマーが約25,000と約1 ,000,000との間の選択された重量平均分子量を有する、請求項1に記載 のインプラント材料。 18.前記選択された分子量より大きな重量平均分子量を有するポリマーを出発 材料として使用して作製された請求項17に記載のインプラント材料。 19.軟結合組織への結合に適合した生理活性セラミックを含む第一のセクショ ン、および硬結合組織への結合に適合した生理活性セラミックを含む第二のセク ションを含む、請求項1に記載のインプラント材料。 20.表面活性な生理活性セラミックもまた含む、請求項1に記載のインプラン ト材料。 21.請求項1に記載の多孔質インプラント材料を作製する方法であって、以下 : (a)前記ポリマーとポリマー溶媒とを混合する工程; (b)前記生理活性セラミックと該溶解したポリマーとを混合する工程; (c)工程(b)の該混合物を型に入れる工程、および真空圧力条件下でイン キュベートして前記多孔質インプラント材料を生成する工程、 を包含する、方法。 22.請求項1に記載の実質的に非多孔質のインプラント材料を作製する方法で あって、以下: (a)前記ポリマーとポリマー溶媒とを混合する工程; (b)前記生理活性セラミックと該溶解したポリマーとを混合する工程; (c)加圧下で工程(b)の該混合物をインキュベートして、該インプラント 材料を生成する工程、 を包含する、方法。 23.請求項1に記載のインプラント材料を使用する方法であって、以下:組織 足場、顆粒状骨移植片置換材料、二相骨軟骨インプラント、重量負荷骨インプラ ント、非重量負荷インプラント、および低重量負荷インプラント、または固定デ バイス、タック(tack)、ピン、ねじ、骨アンレー、およびフィルムからな る群より選択されるインプラントデバイスへと該材料を形成させる工程を包含す る、方法。 24.患者における創傷に適用するための、生分解性ポリマーおよび約10%と 約70%との間の生理活性セラミックを含む生分解性フィルム。
