Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.垂直なファセット面に位置する2つのファセットを含む少なくとも1つの ファセット対であって、各々のファセット対の該ファセット面が交差線に沿って 交差するファセット対と、 前記各々のファセット対に対して再帰反射製品から延出する再帰反射面であっ て、各々のファセット対の両方の前記ファセット面に垂直であり、それにより再 帰反射製品が、各々の再帰反射面において二重軸再帰反射を示すようになる再帰 反射面と、 少なくとも1つの3軸再帰反射構造であって、それにより再帰反射製品が、3 軸再帰反射構造からの入射光の3軸再帰反射を示すようになる3軸再帰反射構造 と、 を具備する再帰反射製品。 2.前記3軸再帰反射構造が、ビードまたはキューブコーナー再帰反射素子を 含む、請求項1記載の再帰反射製品。 3.複数の再帰反射ファセット対をさらに具備し、少なくともいくつかの該再 帰反射ファセット対の交差する線が互いにほぼ平行である請求項1〜2記載の再帰 反射製品。 4.前記少なくともいくつかの再帰反射ファセット対の交差する線が互いにほ ぼ垂直である、請求項1〜3記載の再帰反射製品。 5.前記再帰反射製品が完全一体型1ピース構造を備え、前記ファセット対お よび前記3軸再帰反射構造が、該完全一体型1ピース構造内に形成される、請求 項1〜4記載の再帰反射製品。 6.前記再帰反射製品が複合構造を備え、前記ファセット対が該複合構造の第 1構成要素内に位置し、複数の前記3軸再帰反射構造が、前記複合構造の第2構 成要素内に位置し、さらに、前記第1および第2構成要素が結合して前記複合構 造を形成する、請求項1〜5記載の再 帰反射製品。 7.前記再帰反射製品が、該製品の少なくとも一部分に反射コーティングを有 する、請求項1〜6記載の再帰反射製品。 8.前記ファセット対によって反射される光が、前記3軸再帰反射構造によっ て反射される光とは異なる色である、請求項1〜7記載の再帰反射製品。 9.入射光の断続的な二重軸再帰反射を生じさせて物体の顕著性を改善する方 法であって、 少なくとも1つの二重軸再帰反射面を有する二重軸再帰反射製品を提供するス テップと、 前記再帰反射製品を物体上に配置するステップと、 前記再帰反射製品、光源および観察者のうちの少なくとも2つの間に相対運動 を生じさせ、前記再帰反射面の少なくとも1つが前記観察者及び前記光源の付近 を通過するようにするステップと、を含む方法。 10.前記二重軸再帰反射製品が、ほぼ垂直なファセット面に位置する2つのフ ァセットを有する少なくとも1つのファセット対を備え、各々のファセット対の 前記ファセット面が交差線に沿って交差し、前記相対運動が、少なくとも1つの 二重軸再帰反射面が前記観察者と前記光源との少なくとも一方を通過することか ら成る、請求項9記載の方法。 11.前記再帰反射製品の移動が、軸の周囲で前記製品を回転させることから成 る、請求項9〜10記載の方法。 12.前記再帰反射製品の一部を形成する少なくとも1つの3軸再帰反射構造か らの3軸再帰反射を生じさせることをさらに含む、請求項9〜11記載の方法。 13.前記再帰反射製品が、衣類品上に配置される、請求項9〜12記載の方法。
