Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 吸引ポンプ(190)と前記ポンプの吐出口に配置されたフィルタ(1 80)とを収容するハウジング(100)を含む型の自動車のタンク用燃料吸引 装置において、前記フィルタ(180)は環状であり、このフィルタはハウジン グ(100)の放射方向外側のチャンバの中に配置され、前記ポンプ(190) はダンパー手段(196)に組合わされ、また前記ポンプと前記ダンパー手段は フィルタ(180)の中心スペースの中に配置され、また前記ハウジング(10 0)はノズル(129)を有し、このノズルはフィルタ(180)の吸引口と連 通しまた前記ノズルはポンプ(190)に組合わされた貯蔵ボウル(130)を 充填するように設計されたジェットポンプ(150)を制御する事を特徴とする 燃料吸引装置。 2. フィルタ(180)を収容するハウジング(100)はカバー(110 )を載置された本体(120)からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置 。 3. 貯蔵ボウル(130)が本体(120)のベースに対して固着されてい ることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。 4. 本体(120)とカバー(110)はそれぞれその開口の回りにその放 射方向外側面または放射方向内側面上に配置された外側突出フランジ(122, 124;112,114)を有し、これらのフランジが対を成して相互に連接さ れて本体(120)とカバー(110)とによって画成される内部チャンバを密 封することを特徴とする請求項2または3のいずれかに記載の装置。 5. カバー(110)と本体(120)は相互に振動溶接によって連接され ていることを特徴とする請求項2または4のいずれかに記載の装置。 6. カバー(110)と本体(120)のいずれか一方が中心に環状リブ( 118)を有する環状グルーブ(116)を備え、これに対してカバー(11 0)と本体(120)の他方が前記第1リブ(118)と補形を成す環状リブ( 128)を備え、前記リブ(118,128)の頂面が相互に振動溶接によって 連接されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。 7. 前記フィルタ(180)が上方鏡板(184)と下方鏡板(186)と の間に配置された放射方向流フィルタ要素(182)を含むことを特徴とする請 求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の装置。 8. フィルタ(180)の金属鏡板(184,186)を接地する手段(1 60,162)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の装置 。 9. 前記の接地手段は導電性スタッド(160)からなり、このスタッドは ハウジング(100)の上壁体を密封的に通過しまた弾性板バネ(162)に電 気的に接続され、この板バネ(162)も導電性であって、ハウジングの鏡板( 184)上に弾性的に載置されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。 10. カバー(110)と本体(120)との間の連接区域はハウジング( 100)までの間隔のほぼ中間位置に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2 乃至6のいずれかに記載の装置。 11. ジェットポンプのジェットノズル(152)がポンプ(190)の吐 出口と連通することを特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載の装置。 12. 貯蔵ボウル(130)とハウジング(100)との間に密封が成され ることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。 13. タンクの壁体に固着される装置のベース(200)の中に合体された 吸引ノズル(222)の上に逆止め弁(500)が配置されていることを特徴と する請求項1乃至12のいずれかに記載の装置。 14. タンクの壁体に固着されるべきベース(200)は2つの同軸的に成 形された同軸管(220,204)と、これらの2つの管の間の区画を成して一 方を管を他方の管から密封するために一方の壁体の中に駆動されるボール(20 6)とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至13のいずれかに記載の装置。 15. 前記2つの同軸管の一方(204)が減圧調整器(240)の吐出口 と貯蔵ボウルに戻る管(250)との間の接続を成し、また2つの同軸管の他方 (220)が燃料の使用される箇所への吐出口として作用することを特徴とする 請求項14に記載の装置。 16. 請求項1乃至15のいずれかに記載の吸引装置を含む事を特徴とする 自動車燃料タンク。
