Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ガス化プロセスにおいて酸素流量を制御するシステムであって: a.酸素供給源を酸素圧縮機へ接続する第1のパイプと; b.酸素供給源および酸素圧縮機の間に位置した吸気制御弁であって、酸素 を供給源から圧縮機へ第1のパイプを通って送り出すように開き、かつ供給源か ら圧縮機への酸素送出量を絞るために減流量位置へ動かされる吸気制御弁と; c.酸素圧縮機をガス化装置の入口のポートへ接続する第2のパイプと; d.酸素圧縮機およびガス化装置のポートの間に位置する通気弁と; e.ガス化装置内、ガス化装置の燃料注入物内、またはガス化装置の排出物 内に位置し、ガス化装置への酸素流量を変化させること、ならびに酸素流量を変 化させる吸気制御弁を作動させることがいつ必要であるかを検出する検出器と; f.吸気制御弁を制御する作動装置、およびガス化装置へ送り出される酸素 量を調節するため通気弁を制御する作動装置と を含むシステム。 2.ガス化装置のポートに、第2のパイプからガス化装置への酸素流量を調節 するように適合された調節弁をさらに含む請求項1に記載のシステム。 3.調節弁での差圧が280KPa以下である請求項3に記載のシステム。 4.酸素圧縮機を少なくとも2つのガス化装置の入口のポートへ接続する、少 なくとも2つの第2のパイプと、第2のパイプからガス化装置への酸素流量を調 節するように適合された、それぞれの第2のパイプに位置する調節弁と、酸素圧 縮機との第2の各パイプにある調節弁の間に位置する通気弁とを含む請求項1に 記載のシステム。 5.ガス化装置内、またはガス化装置の排出物内に位置し、ガス化装置への酸 素流量を変化させることがいつ必要であるかを検出するための検出器が、熱電対 、熱電温度計、および排出物ガス速度センサから成るグループから選択される請 求項3に記載のシステム。 6.ガス化装置内、またはガス化装置の排出物内に位置し、ガス化装置への酸 素流量を変化させることがいつ必要であるかを検出する手段が、熱電温度計であ る請求項3に記載のシステム。 7.ガス化プロセスにおいて酸素流量を制御する方法であって、 a.ガス化装置への酸素流量を変化させることがいつ必要であるかを検出す るステップと; b.酸素供給源と酸素圧縮機の間に位置する吸気制御弁を、より開、または より低減された流量位置へと作動させ、それにより酸素供給源と酸素圧縮機とを 接続するパイプを通る酸素流量を、増加または低減させるステップと; c.2%を超える過剰の酸素がガス化プロセスに流入する場合に、通気弁を 作動させるステップと を含む方法。
