Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.第1の骨格分布を有する少なくとも1種のC4〜C15オレフィンと芳香族化 合物とをアルキル化条件下で反応させてアルキル化芳香族生成物を製造し、脱ア ルキル化条件下で該アルキル化芳香族生成物を脱アルキル化して前記第1の骨格 分布とは異なる第2の骨格分布を有し且つ該アルキル化におけるオレフィン類に 対応するオレフィン類と前記芳香族化合物とを含む脱アルキル化生成物を製造す ることによる、C4〜C15オレフィン類の骨格異性化法。 2.前記オレフィンが少なくとも1種のC4〜C8オレフィンである請求項1に記 載の方法。 3.C4オレフィンが存在する請求項1に記載の方法。 4.C5オレフィンが存在する請求項1に記載の方法。 5.存在するオレフィンを10〜100%転化させるための条件下で前記アルキル 化を実施する、請求項1に記載の方法。 6.存在するオレフィンを30〜100%転化させるための条件下で前記アルキル 化を実施する、請求項5に記載の方法。 7.酸性触媒の存在下で前記アルキル化を実施する、請求項1に記載の方法。 8.前記酸性触媒がモレキュラーシーブを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。 9.前記酸性触媒がゼオライトを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。 10.酸性触媒の存在下で前記脱アルキル化を実施する、請求項1に記載の方 法。 11.前記酸性触媒がモレキュラーシーブを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。 12.前記酸性触媒がゼオライトを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。 13.前記アルキル化を酸性触媒の存在下で実施し、前記脱アルキル化を酸性 触媒の存在下で実施する、請求項1に記載の方法。 14.(a)有機芳香族化合物の一部とオレフィンとを触媒的に反応させるため のアルキル化条件下で、反応領域中に2〜100:1の範囲の有機芳香族化合物:オ レフィンのモル比を保持するために酸性触媒を含むアルキル化領域に有機芳香族 化合物とC4〜C15オレフィンとを供給してアルキル化有機芳香族化合物、未反応 有機芳香族化合物及び未反応オレフィンを含むアルキル化生成物を形成し; (b)アルキル化生成物の他の成分からアルキル化有機芳香族化合物を分離し; (c)前記アルキル化有機芳香族化合物の一部を脱アルキル化するための脱アルキ ル化条件下で酸性触媒を含む脱アルキル化領域に前記アルキル化有機芳香族化合 物を供給して、有機芳香族化合物、オレフィン及びアルキル化有機芳香族化合物 を含む脱アルキル化生成物を形成する 各段階を含むC4〜C8オレフィン類の範囲の線状オレフィン類の骨格異性化方法。 15.前記アルキル化領域が、 (i)前記有機芳香族化合物と前記オレフィンが触媒的に反応して前記アルキル化 生成物を形成し、 (ii)前記アルキル化生成物を分留してその成分を分離し、前記アルキル化有機芳 香族化合物を前記蒸留カラム反応器から取り出す ことが同時に起きる蒸留反応領域に固定床酸性触媒蒸留構造物を含む蒸留カラム 反応器を含む、請求項14に記載の方法。 16.前記脱アルキル化領域が、 (i)前記アルキル化有機芳香族化合物が前記アルキル化生成物から触媒的に分離 され、 (ii)前記オレフィンが脱アルキル化生成物から分離され、前記蒸留カラム反応器 から取り出される ことが同時に起きる蒸留反応領域に固定床酸性触媒蒸留構造物を含む蒸留カラム 反応器を含む、請求項14に記載の方法。 17.前記アルキル化領域が、 (i)前記有機芳香族化合物と前記オレフィンが触媒的に反応して前記アルキル化 生成物を形成し、 (ii)前記アルキル化生成物を分留してその成分を分離し、前記アルキル化有機芳 香族化合物を前記蒸留カラム反応器から取り出す ことが同時に起きる蒸留反応領域中に固定床酸性触媒蒸留構造物を含む蒸留カラ ム反応器を含み、前記脱アルキル化領域が、 (i)前記アルキル化有機芳香族化合物が触媒的に前記脱アルキル化生成物に分離 され、 (ii)前記オレフィンが脱アルキル化生成物から分離され、前記蒸留カラム反応器 から取り出される ことが同時に起きる蒸留反応領域に固定床酸性触媒的蒸留構造物を含む蒸留カラ ム反応器を含む、請求項14に記載の方法。 18.前記アルキル化反応領域が固定床直線通路反応器を含む、請求項14に 記載の方法。 19.前記脱アルキル化反応領域が固定床直線通路反応器を含む、請求項14 に記載の方法。 20.前記アルキル化反応領域が固定床直線通路反応器を含み、前記脱アルキ ル化反応領域が固定床直線通路反応器を含む、請求項14に記載の方法。 21.前記脱アルキル化反応領域が固定床直線通路反応器を含む、請求項15 に記載の方法。 22.前記アルキル化反応領域が固定床直線通路反応器を含む、請求項16に 記載の方法。 23.選択的に脱アルキル化分岐オレフィン類とする条件下で前記脱アルキル 化を実施する、請求項14に記載の方法。 24.前記分岐オレフィン類を前記脱アルキル化生成物から分離する、請求項 23に記載の方法。 25.前記脱アルキル化生成物中の前記オレフィンが分岐オレフィン類と線状 オレフィン類との混合物を含む、請求項14に記載の方法。 26.分岐オレフィン類と線状オレフィン類との前記混合物を前記脱アルキル 化生成物から分離する、請求項25に記載の方法。 27.分岐オレフィン類の一部を選択的に反応させるエーテル化条件下で、酸 性触媒の存在下、分岐オレフィン類と線状オレフィン類との前記混合物をC1〜C8 アルコールと接触させる、請求項26に記載の方法。 28.前記オレフインがC4オレフインを含み、分岐オレフイン類がtert-ブチ レンを含む、請求項27に記載の方法。 29.前記オレフィンがC5オレフィンを含み、分岐オレフィン類がイソアミレ ンを含む、請求項27に記載の方法。 30.前記有機芳香族化合物が炭化水素類を含む、請求項14に記載の方法。 31.前記有機芳香族化合物がベンゼンを含む、請求項14に記載の方法。 32.前記有機芳香族化合物がトルエンを含む、請求項14に記載の方法。 33.前記有機芳香族化合物がキシレン類を含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
