Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.メタノールの製造方法であって、以下の工程: 所望の合成圧力を超える圧力の炭化水素供給原料を高温高圧下で水素、酸化炭 素類及びスチームを含有する合成ガス混合物に転化し;その混合物を冷却して混 合物から水を凝縮し;凝縮した水を分離し;次いで更に圧縮することなくそして 未反応ガスを再循環することなく、得られるガス混合物を、各工程後ガス混合物 から合成メタノールを分離しながら、一連の少なくとも2つのメタノール合成段 階を高温で通過させ、そして残存する未反応ガスを圧縮空気で燃焼することを含 む前記製造方法であって、ここにおいて、該炭化水素供給原料及びスチームの混 合物を、該未反応ガスの燃焼生成物により加熱されたリホーマー管中に配置され たスチーム改質触媒中を通過させることにより、炭化水素供給原料を、該合成ガ ス混合物に転化することを特徴とする、前記製造方法。 2.前記リホーマー管が、前記未反応ガスの燃焼生成物により加熱されることに 加えて、改質触媒を離れた後の改質ガスにより加熱される、請求項1に記載の方 法。 3.各々のリホーマー管が、閉端を有する外管と、並びに外管内部に同心に配置 されそして内管と外管の間の環状スペースと外管の閉端で連絡する内管とを含み 、スチーム改質触媒が該環状スペース内に配置されそして炭化水素供給原料とス チームの混合物を、該閉端から遠い外管の端部に供給し次いで外管の外部表面を 該未反応ガスの燃焼生成物により加熱し、そしてそれによって混合物は該環状ス ペースを通過しそしてスチーム改質を受けて改質ガスを形成し、次いで内管の壁 を通過して環状スペースへの改質ガスからの熱の移動を伴いながら内管を通過し そしてこのように未反応ガスの燃焼生成物から供給される熱を増加する、請求項 2に記載の方法。 4.3つのメタノール合成段階が存在する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載 の方法。
