Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 以下の条件を満足させることを特徴とする、サーモトロピック芳香族ポリエ ステル(アミド)のas−スパンモノフィラメント。 D≧40;Te>45;ΔL≧0 (Dは、その直径又は厚みであり(μm)、Teは、その靱性であり(CN/t ex)、ΔLは0.2CN/texの初期張力における235±5℃における 2分後の長さの変化(%)である。) 2. 80≦D≦230の条件を満足する、請求の範囲第1項記載のモノフィラメ ント。 3. 100≦D≦200の条件を満足する、請求の範囲第2項記載のモノフィラ メント。 4. 以下の条件を満足する、請求の範囲第1項〜第3項のいずれか1項記載のモ ノフイラメント。 Mi<4000;Ar>2 (Miは、その初期弾性率であり(CN/tex)、Arは破断における伸長率 (%)である。) 5. ΔL≧0.2;Ar≧2.5の条件を満足する、請求の範囲第4項記載のモ ノフィラメント。 6. 2500<Mi<4000の条件を満足する、請求の範囲第4項又は第5項 記載のモノフィラメント。 7. 3000≦Mi<4000の条件を満足する、請求の範囲第6項記載のモノ フィラメント。 8. 基本的に下記式(A)の6−オキシ−2−ナフトイル、及び下記式(B)の4−オ キシベンゾイルの反復単位からなり、A:Bの比が10:90〜90:10の 範囲、好ましくは20:80〜30:70の範囲であるサーモトロピック芳香 族ポリエステルから製造されている、請求の範囲第1項〜第7項のいずれか1 項記載のモノフィラメント。9. 請求の範囲第1項〜第8項のいずれか1項記載のas−スパンモノフィラメ ントに由来する、後−重縮合したサーモトロピックな芳香族ポリエステルのモ ノフィラメント。 10.請求の範囲第1項〜第8項のいずれか1項記載の直径又は厚みのモノフィラ メントを得るためのサーモトロピック芳香族ポリエステル(アミド)を紡糸する 方法であって、下記工程を有する方法。 a) ポリマーを溶融する工程; b) 上記溶融したポリマーを、少なくとも1つの押出キャピラリーを有する 紡糸口金を通して押し出す工程: c) 所定の時間、tsについて、キャピラリーから出現した気体状の液体、 好ましくは空気中に伸長することによりポリマーの流れを構成する工程; d) 時間tsの終わりに、ポリマーの流れを熱的に急冷し、これによってそ れを凝固させるために急冷した液体を通して構成する工程; e) できる限りそれを乾燥し、風をあててモノフィラメントを得る工程。 (ts(秒)は、以下の条件によるas−スパンモノフィラメントの直径又は 厚みD(μm)にリンクしている:ts<6×10-6D2。 11.急冷用液体が水である、請求の範囲第10項記載の方法。 12.以下の条件を満足する、請求の範囲第10項又は第11項記載の方法。 1.5×10-6D2<ts<6×10-6D2 13.プラスチック材料及び/又はゴムの物品の補強のための、請求の範囲第1項 〜第9項のいずれか1項記載のモノフィラメントの使用。 14.請求の範囲第1項〜第9項のいずれか1項記載のモノフィラメントによって 補強されたプラスチック材料及び/又はゴムの物品。 15.タイヤの製造を意図したゴム層を含む、請求の範囲第3項〜第9項のいずれ か1項記載のモノフィラメントによって補強された、請求の範囲第14項記載 の物品。 16.ラジアルタイヤのカーカス補強を含む、請求の範囲第15項記載の物品。 17.ラジアルタイヤのクラウン補強を含む、請求の範囲第15項記載の物品。 18.請求の範囲第3項〜第9項のいずれか1項記載のモノフィラメントによって 補強されたタイヤ。
