Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.一対の平行な環状ビード;1個以上のラジアルカーカスプライ;前記ビー ド周囲に巻き付けられている一対の折返し部を有する少なくとも1個のラジアル カーカスプライ;タイヤの冠状領域において、前記1以上のラジアルカーカスプ ライの放射方向で外側に配置されたベルト構造;ならびに前記ベルト構造の幅と 実質的に等しい幅を有するオーバレイ;前記オーバレイの放射方向で外側に配置 されたトレッドおよび前記トレッドと前記ビードの間に配置された側壁を有する 、アスペクト比が0.2〜0.8である空気ラジアルプライタイヤにおいて、前 記オーバレイが補強フィラメントまたはコードを有してなり;該コードは、弾性 材に包み込まれたレーヨン、PET、アラミド、PENまたはPVAという材料 群から選択され;前記ベルト構造は、18°〜26°の範囲のコード角度を有す る2種類以上のアラミドコード補強層から形成されていることを特徴とする空気 タイヤ。 2.前記オーバレイが、前記ベルト構造の放射方向で外側に螺旋状に巻かれて おり;幅が0.5インチ〜1.5インチであって、4〜45本の平行補強フィラ メントまたはコードが埋め込まれている弾性材補強テープの連続片を有して成る 請求項1に記載の空気タイヤ。 3.前記オーバレイの補強フィラメントが、密度240dTex〜2200d TexのPENフィラメントである請求項1に記載の空気タイヤ。 4.前記PEN補強コードが、撚り数5〜10を有する請求項2に記載の空気 タイヤ。 5.前記PEN補強材が、4〜12tpiの撚り数を有するヤーンおよびコー ドを有する1440/2dTexのコードである請求項3に記載の空気タイヤ。 6.オーバレイの補強フィラメントがアラミドである請求項1に記載の空気タ イヤ。 7.オーバレイの補強フィラメントがフレクステン1100/2dTexであ る請求項5に記載の空気タイヤ。 8.前記フィラメントが、約15〜30エンド・パー・インチ(EPI)の密 度を有する請求項6に記載の空気タイヤ。 9.前記トレッドが、オーバレイのコードの放射方向で外側の表面から最深の 周囲グルーブまでの寸法を有するアンダートレッドを有し、該アンダートレッド が2mm未満の平均厚さを有する請求項1に記載のタイヤ。 10.前記アンダートレッドが、約1mmの厚さを有する請求項8に記載のタ イヤ。 11.各ビード芯の放射方向で外側に延び、プライに隣接しているアペックス をさらに有し、該アペックスが50より大きいショアD硬度を有する請求項1に 記載のタイヤ。 12.さらに2個の側壁インサートを有し;各側壁に1個のインサートがあり ;各インサートは、バイアスコードで補強された2層の弾性材層であり;第1の 層は第2の層と等位置で反対方向に向いて配置されており;これら2層は、カー カスプライのアペックスと折返し部分との間に挿入されている請求項10に記載 のタイヤ。 13.前記第1および第2の層が、25°〜60°のバイアスコード角度を有 する請求項11に記載のタイヤ。 14.第1および第2の層のそれぞれが、放射方向で内側の端部および放射方 向で外側の端部を有し;一方の層の個々の端部が、他方の層の端部に対して交互 配列になっており;一つの層の放射方向で外側の端部が、タイヤの断面高さの約 1/2の位置にある請求項12に記載のタイヤ。 15.インナーライナーおよび防音弾性材インサートをさらに有し;該インサ ートがベルト縁部下でインナーライナーとプライの間にあって、タイヤの断面高 さの約50%まで延びている請求項1に記載のタイヤ。 16.前記カーカスプライが、レーヨンのラジアルコードを有する請求項1に 記載の空気タイヤ。 17.前記カーカスプライが、ナイロンのラジアルコードを有する請求項1に 記載の空気タイヤ。 18.前記カーカスプライが、PENのラジアルコードを有する請求項1に記 載の空気タイヤ。 19.前記カーカスプライが、アラミドのラジアルコードを有する請求項1に 記載の空気タイヤ。 20.前記カーカスプライが、ラジアルスチールコードを有する請求項1に記 載の空気タイヤ。
