Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 重合プロセスの生成物ポリマーの特性を制御する方法であって、該プロセ スが少なくとも1つのプロセス入力パラメータを制御する少なくとも1つの手段 、及び、重合の間に生成されたガスを排気し、これによって排気ガス気流を形成 するための手段を具備し、該方法が、 該排気ガス気流の少なくとも一部を成分分析手段に分岐する工程、 該排気ガス気流の分岐された部分を分析し、排気ガス気流の少なくとも1 つの成分の濃度を決定する工程、 該排気ガス気流の少なくとも1つの成分の損失量を確かめる工程、 要求された矯正処置の指示を提供するために、予め決められた目標に対し て該損失量を比較する工程、 指示された該矯正処置を実行する工程 とを具備することを特徴とする方法。 2. 該プロセスが、縮重合であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 3. 該生成物ポリマーが、ポリアミドであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載 の方法。 4. 該生成物ポリマーが、ポリエステルであることを特徴とする請求項2に記 載の方法。 5. 該生成物ポリマーが、ナイロン6,12であることを特徴とする請求項3 に記載の方法。 6. 少なくとも1つの調整可能な入力がヘキサメチレンジアミンの供給量であ ることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。 7. 該生成物ポリマーが、ナイロン6,6であることを特徴とする請求項3に 記載の方法。 8. 該重合が、連続法で行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 9. 該重合が、バッチ法で行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 10. 該排気ガス気流の分岐された部分を濾過する工程を、その成分を決定す る前に、更に具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 11. 該濃度が、紫外分光測光法により決定されることを特徴とする請求項1 に記載の方法。 12. 該濃度を決定する前に、該排気ガス気流を凝縮する工程を更に具備する ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 13. 該濃度を決定する前に、濃縮物を脱泡する工程を更に具備することを特 徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。 14. 該工程が、閉環型コンピュータ駆動式自動プロセス制御プロトコルの一 部として行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 15. 少なくとも1つの工程が、人により行われることを特徴とする請求項1 に記載の方法。 16. 該排気ガス気流の流量を直接に測定する工程を更に具備することを特徴 とする請求項1に記載の方法。
