Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくともその一表面上が剥離層で被覆された高分子フィルムを含み、前記 剥離層が低分子量スチレン共重合体の水性組成物を含むことを特徴とする剥離フ ィルム。 2.前記高分子フィルムが、ポリエステル、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポ リブテン、オレフィン共重合体、ポリアミド、ポリカーボネート、およびポリア クリロニトリルからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフ ィルム。 3.前記高分子フィルムがポリエステルであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載 のフィルム。 4.前記ポリエステルが、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)またはポリエ チレンナフタレート(PEN)であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のフィル ム。 5.前記ポリエステルがPETであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のフィル ム。 6.前記ポリエステルがPENであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のフィル ム。 7.前記剥離層が、低分子量のスチレン/無水マレイン酸共重合体であることを 特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィルム。 8.前記分子量が約700〜約2500に等しいことを特徴とする請求項7に記 載のフィルム。 9.前記剥離層が、低分子量のスチレン/アクリル共重合体であることを特徴と する請求項1に記載のフィルム。 10.前記剥離層が、約0.01〜約0.2ミクロンの範囲の厚さを有すること を特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィルム。 11.前記剥離層が、約0.05〜約0.18ミクロンの範囲の厚さを有するこ とを特徴とする請求項10に記載のフィルム。 12.前記剥離層が、約0.12ミクロンの厚さを有することを特徴とする請求 項11に記載のフィルム。 13.剥離層に付着された金属層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載 のフィルム。 14.前記金属が、アルミニウム、クロム、マグネシウム、銅、ニッケル、亜鉛 、スズ、銀、金、チタン、シリコン、およびビスマスからなる群から選択される ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載のフィルム。 15.前記金属がアルミニウムであることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のフィ ルム。 16.剥離層に付着された金属層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載 のフィルム。 17.前記金属が、アルミニウム、クロム、マグネシウム、銅、ニッケル、亜鉛 、スズ、銀、金、チタン、シリコン、およびビスマスからなる群から選択される ことを特徴とする請求項16に記載のフィルム。 18.(a)少なくともフィルムの一表面上を、低分子量スチレン共重合体を含 む水性組成物で被覆する段階と、 (b)前記フィルム上の組成物を乾燥させるに充分な温度で、前記フィルムを加 熱する段階と、 (c)前記乾燥したフィルムをヒートセットする段階と を含むことを特徴とする剥離フィルムの作製方法。 19.前記フィルムがポリエステルであることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の 方法。 20.スチレン重合体が、スチレン/無水マレイン酸およびスチレン/アクリル 重合体からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の方法。 21.前記乾燥したフィルムが約0.01〜約0.2ミクロンの範囲の被膜厚さ を有することを特徴とする請求項18に記載の方法。 22.前記被覆されたフィルムが、約190℃〜約240℃の範囲の温度でヒー トセットされることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の方法。 23.前記被覆されたフィルムに金属層を付着させる段階をさらに含むことを特 徴とする請求項18に記載の方法。 24.前記金属が、アルミニウム、クロム、マグネシウム、銅、ニッケル、亜鉛 、スズ、銀、金、チタン、シリコン、およびビスマスからなる群から選択される ことを特徴とする請求項23に記載の方法。 25.前記金属がアルミニウムであることを特徴とする請求項24に記載の方法 。 26.前記分子量が約700〜約10000であることを特徴とする請求項1に 記載のフィルム。
