Abstract

本发明涉及一种高分子改性聚乙烯包装袋,是针对软包装行业中挤出复合设备对包装材料加工工艺的改进,具体而言,软包装行业对包装材料加工工艺的改进。本发明对现有技术中包装袋中的聚乙烯进行了改性,使得其达到了洁净剥离的要求。

一种高分子改性聚乙烯包装袋
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子聚乙烯包装袋,涉及软包装行业对包装材料加工工艺的改进,具体而言,涉及一种利用改性的聚乙烯满足高阻隔医疗器械灭菌和存贮包装使用要求的方法。
背景技术
目前的高气密性高阻隔的医疗器械包装都采用PET+PE、PET+AL+PE、纸+AL+PE的复合材料,其中的PE是作为热封层,由一般的高分子聚乙烯制成,但聚乙烯因其分子的非等规性,热封后的剥离属爆裂剥离,制成包装袋后开启都会撕烂膜层,达不到洁净剥离的要求,让医疗器械产品易受铝金属及塑料残丝的污染风险。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种高分子改性聚乙烯包装袋及其制备方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种高分子改性聚乙烯包装袋,包括在外侧的阻隔层和在内侧的热封合层,所述阻隔层为PET+AL+EPT或铜版纸+AL,热封合层为PE。
进一步地,所述热封合层中的PE为添加了聚丁烯后改性的PE。
进一步地,聚丁烯的添加重量占PE总重量的10~20%,优选地,为16%。
进一步地,包装袋的内聚剥离力为2~7N/15mm。
进一步地,所述热封合层是配方共混经吹膜工艺而形成。
本专利采用在聚乙烯中添加10~20%高等规结构的聚丁烯进行共混改性,改性后制成的易撕PE膜具有小岛的易撕结构,热封后剥离达到了内聚剥离的性能。阻隔层根据需要可以为:PET(12u)+AL(7u)+EPT(12u)或70g铜版纸+AL(7u)。热封合层为改性PE40~50u,本专利产品的剥离力2~7N/15mm,剥离力可控,能达到洁净剥离;其他技术产品的剥离力1~10N/15mm,剥离力难控,不能完全达到洁净剥离;普通产品的剥离力≧10N/15mm,剥离力不可控,烂膜严重。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明制成的包装袋达到了洁净剥离的要求,热封后的剥离不烂膜层,让医疗器械产品不受铝金属及塑料残丝的污染风险。
(2)通过改性后制成的易撕PE膜具有小岛的易撕结构,热封后剥离达到了内聚剥离的效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的说明:
实施例1
一种高分子改性聚乙烯包装袋,包括在外侧的阻隔层和在内侧的热封合层,所述阻隔层为PET+AL+EPT,热封合层为PE,阻隔层中PET层的厚度为12u,AL为7u,EPT为12u,热封层的改性PE的厚度为45u,是配方共混经吹膜工艺制成。
实施例2
一种高分子改性聚乙烯包装袋,包括在外侧的阻隔层和在内侧的热封合层,所述阻隔层为铜版纸+AL,热封合层为PE,阻隔层中AL层的厚度为7u,热封层的改性PE的厚度为48u,是配方共混经吹膜工艺制成。
实施例3
一种高分子改性聚乙烯包装袋,包括在外侧的阻隔层和在内侧的热封合层,所述阻隔层为PET+AL+EPT,热封合层为PE,阻隔层中PET层的厚度为12u,AL为7u,EPT为12u,热封层的改性PE的厚度为49u,是配方共混经吹膜工艺制成。

1.一种高分子改性聚乙烯包装袋,其特征在于,包括在外侧的阻隔层和在内侧的热封合层,所述阻隔层为PET+AL+EPT或铜版纸+AL,热封合层为PE。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高分子改性聚乙烯包装袋,其特征在于,所述热封合层中的PE为添加了聚丁烯后改性的PE。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高分子改性聚乙烯包装袋,其特征在于,聚丁烯的添加重量占PE总重量的10~20%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高分子改性聚乙烯包装袋,其特征在于,包装袋的内聚剥离力为2~7N/15mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高分子改性聚乙烯包装袋,其特征在于,所述热封合层是配方共混经吹膜工艺而形成。
