Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 実質的に球状のリオゲルの製造法であって、ゲル形成成分を混合してリ オゾルを形成させ、次いでそのリオゾルを、リオゾル中に知覚できる程度に溶解 する媒体中に導入してリオゲルを形成させることを特徴とする方法。 2. 媒体が蒸気雰囲気であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 3. 蒸気雰囲気空気が少なくとも1種の他の気体状媒体を含むことを特徴と する、請求項2に記載の方法。 4. 他の気体状媒体が空気であることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記 載の方法。 5. リオゾルが蒸気雰囲気に滴下により加えられることを特徴とする、請求 項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 6.リオゾルが蒸気雰囲気中にスプレーされることを特徴とする、請求項2〜 4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 7. リオゾルが静止した蒸気雰囲気中に導入されることを特徴とする、請求 項2〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 8. リオゾルが移動している蒸気雰囲気中に導入されることを特徴とする、 請求項2〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 9. 重力と実質的に反対の方向に向けられている蒸気流の中にリオゾルが導 入されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。 10. 蒸気流の速度が流れの方向で減少することを特徴とする、請求項9に 記載の方法。 11. 蒸気雰囲気の温度が60℃〜130℃であることを特徴とする、請求 項2〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 12. リオゾルがケイ酸および鉱酸から形成されることを特徴とする、請求 項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 13. リオゾルが、ナトリウム水ガラス溶液および塩酸から形成されること を特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 14. 重力と反対の方向に向けられている蒸気流により、リオゾル粒子がサ イズに応じて選別されることを特徴とする、請求項9〜13のいずれか1項に記 載の方法。 15. リオゾル粒子が水層中に捕獲されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜1 4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 16. 請求項1〜15のいずれか1項により得られる様な実質的に球状のリ オゲルの、エーロゲル製造のための使用。 17. 実質的に球状のエーロゲルの製造法であって、請求項1〜15のいず れか1項により得られる実質的に球状のリオゲルケルがエーロゲルに変換される ことを特徴とする方法。
