Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. エーロゲル粒子を成形装置の中に供給し、成形装置中で成形することを 特徴とする、エーロゲル粒子の圧縮方法。 2. 添加剤、充填材および/またはバインダーをエーロゲル粒子に加えるこ とを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 3. 成分が粒子または繊維の形態にあることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載 の方法。 4. 成分が液体またはペースト状であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載 の方法。 5. 出発材料が成形の前および/または成形の最中に脱気されることを特徴 とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 6. 出発材料が負の圧力にさらされることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の 方法。 7. 出発材料が顆粒に成形されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれ か1項に記載の方法。 8. 顆粒がその大きさにより分別されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載 の方法。 9. 所望の顆粒範囲より下の顆粒が成形装置に戻されることを特徴とする、 請求項8に記載の方法。 10. 所望の顆粒範囲より上の顆粒が粉砕されることを特徴とする、請求項 8に記載の方法。 11. 顆粒がその後の処理の前に乾燥されることを特徴とする、請求項7〜 10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 12. 出発材料がスキャブに成形されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6の いずれか1項に記載の方法。 13. スキャブがその後の処理の前に乾燥されることを特徴とする、請求項 12に記載の方法。 14. 雄ダイが出発材料を雌ダイ中で成形することを特徴とする、請求項1 〜13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 15. 出発材料がローラーと雌ダイの間で成形されることを特徴とする、請 求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 16. 雌ダイに穴が開いており、成形品が出口側で切断されることを特徴と する、請求項5に記載の方法。 17. 出発材料が2本のローラー間で成形されることを特徴とする、請求項 1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 18. 少なくとも一方のローラーが穴の開いた中空ローラーであり、成形品 が出口側で切断されることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の方法。 19. 出発材料が2本のローラー間で成形され、2本のローラーの少なくと も一方にある輪郭が付いていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか1 項に記載の方法。
