【請求項2】 立上げ工程において印加する所定の炭酸ガス圧力よりも、濃度維持工程において印加する所定の炭酸ガス圧力の方が低い圧力である請求項1記載の炭酸水製造方法。
【請求項3】 立上げ工程において印加する所定の炭酸ガス圧力は0.15〜0.3MPaであり、濃度維持工程において印加する所定の炭酸ガス圧力は0.05〜0.1MPaである請求項2記載の炭酸水製造方法。
【請求項4】 炭酸ガス溶解器が、非多孔質層と多孔質層とからなる複合中空糸膜モジュールにより構成されている請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の炭酸水製造方法。
