Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ポリマーの1200原子質量単位あたり少なくとも1個の−NOX基(式 中、Xは1または2である)で誘導されたポリマー。 2. ポリマーの600原子質量単位あたり少なくとも1個の−NOX基を含む 請求項1記載のポリマー。 3. ポリマーが親水性でかつ水不溶性である請求項2記載のポリマー。 4. ポリマーの70原子質量単位あたり少なくとも1個のNOX基を含む請求 項2記載のポリマー。 5. ポリマーがS−ニトロシル化されている請求項2記載のポリマー。 6. ポリマーがS−ニトロシル化された多糖類である請求項5記載のポリマー 。 7. S−ニトロシル化された多糖類が環状である請求項6記載のポリマー。 8. 多糖類がS−ニトロシル化されたシクロデキストリンである請求項7記載 のポリマー。 9. S−ニトロシル化されたシクロデキストリンがS−ニトロシル化されたポ リ−β−シクロデキストリンである請求項8記載のポリマー。 10. S−ニトロシル化されたポリ−β−シクロデキストリンがポリ〔ペル− (6−デオキシ−6−−チオ)β−チオシクロドである請求項9記載のポリマー 。 11. ポリマーがS−ニトロ化された環状多糖類である請求項1記載のポリマ ー。 12. S−ニトロシル化された環状多糖類がニトロシル化剤またはニトロ化剤 で錯化されている請求項7記載のポリマー。 13. S−ニトロシル化された環状多糖類がS−ニトロシル化されたシクロデ キストリンである請求項12記載のポリマー。 14. ニトロシル化剤が、S−ニトロソチオール、有機亜硝酸エステル、オキ サジアゾール、ペルオキシ亜硝酸塩、ニトロソニウム塩および金属ニトロシル錯 体からなる群より選ばれたものである請求項13記載のポリマー。 15. ニトロシル化剤が、S−ニトロソ−N−アセチル−D,L−ペニシラミ ン、S−ニトロソグルタチオン、S−ニトロソシステイン、S−ニトロソジチオ トレイトール、S−ニトロソメルカプトエタノール、S−ニトロソチオグリセロ ールおよびS−ニトロソペニシラミンからなる群より選ばれたS−ニトロソチオ ールである請求項13記載のポリマー。 16. ニトロ化剤が、有機硝酸エステルおよびニトロニウム塩からなる群より 選ばれたものである請求項13記載のポリマー。 17. ポリマーの600原子質量単位あたり少なくとも1個の−NOX基で誘 導された、S−ニトロシル化されたポリマーとエラストマーまたは可塑剤とを含 む組成物。 18. 可塑剤がニトロソチオグリセロールである請求項17記載の組成物。 19. 遊離チオール基をニトロ化させるのに適した条件下で、環状のポリチオ ール化された炭水化物を含む溶液をニトロ化剤と反応させることによって製造さ れたポリマー。 20. 環状のポリチオール化された炭水化物がポリチオール化されたシクロデ キストリンである請求項19記載のポリマー。 21. 遊離チオール基をニトロシル化させるのに適した条件下で、環状のポリ チオール化された炭水化物を含む溶液をニトロシル化剤と反応させることによっ て製造されたポリマー。 22. 環状のポリチオール化された炭水化物がポリチオール化されたシクロデ キストリンである請求項21記載のポリマー。 23. ニトロシル化剤が酸性化された亜硝酸塩である請求項22記載のポリマ ー。 24. ポリチオール化されたシクロデキストリンを遊離チオール1モルあたり 約0.8〜約2.0モル当量の酸性化された亜硝酸塩と反応させてなる請求項2 2記載のポリマー。 25. ポリチオール化されたシクロデキストリンを、遊離チオール1モルあた り約0.9〜約1.1モル当量の酸性化された亜硝酸塩と反応させてなる請求項 24記載のポリマー。 26. ポリチオール化されたシクロデキストリンがペル−6−チオ−β−シク ロデキストリンである請求項25記載のポリマー。 27. ニトロシル化剤が塩化ニトロシルである請求項22記載のポリマー。 28. ニトロシル化剤が、S−ニトロソチオール、有機亜硝酸エステル、オキ サジアゾール、ペルオキシ亜硝酸塩、ニトロソニウム塩および金属ニトロシル錯 体からなる群より選ばれたものである請求項22記載のポリマー。 29. S−ニトロソチオールが、S−ニトロソ−N−アセチル−D,L−ペニ シラミン、S−ニトロソグルタチオン、N−アセチル−S−ニトロソペニシラミ ニル−S−ニトロソペニシラミン、S−ニトロソシステイン、S−ニトロソジチ オトレイトール、S−ニトロソメルカプトエタノール、S−ニトロソチオグリセ ロールおよびS−ニトロソペニシラミンからなる群より選ばれたものである請求 項28記載のポリマー。 30. 誘導化させるのに適した条件下で、ポリマーの1200amuあたり少 なくとも1個のペンダント状の求核基を有するポリマーを、ニトロシル化剤また はニトロ化剤と反応させることを含む−NOX基で誘導されたポリマーの製造法 。 31. ポリマーがポリチオール化されている請求項30記載の方法。 32. 遊離チオール基をニトロシル化させるのに適した条件下で、ポリチオー ル化されたポリマーをニトロシル化剤と反応させることを含むS−ニトロシル化 されたポリマーの製造法。 33. ポリチオール化されたポリマーが環状のポリチオール化された炭水化物 である請求項32記載の方法。 34. 環状のポリチオール化された炭水化物がポリチオール化されたシクロデ キストリンである請求項33記載の方法。 35. ニトロシル化剤が酸性化された亜硝酸塩である請求項34記載の方法。 36. ポリチオール化されたシクロデキストリンを、遊離チオール1モルあた り約0.8〜約2.0モル当量の酸性化された亜硝酸塩と反応させる請求項34 記載の方法。 37. ポリチオール化されたシクロデキストリンを、遊離チオール1モルあた り約0.9〜約1.1モル当量の酸性化された亜硝酸塩と反応させる請求項36 記載の方法。 38. ポリチオール化されたシクロデキストリンがペル−6−チオ−β−シク ロデキストリンである請求項37記載の方法。 39. ニトロシル化剤が塩化ニトロシルである請求項34記載の方法。 40. ニトロシル化剤が、S−ニトロソチオール、有機亜硝酸エステル、オキ サジアゾール、ペルオキシ亜硝酸塩、ニトロソニウム塩および金属ニトロシル錯 体からなる群より選ばれたものである請求項34記載の方法。 41. S−ニトロソチオールが、S−ニトロソ−N−アセチル−D,L−ペニ シラミン、S−ニトロソグルタチオン、N−アセチル−S−ニトロソペニシラミ ニル−S−ニトロソペニシラミン、S−ニトロソシステイン、S−ニトロソジチ オトレイトール、S−ニトロソメルカプトエタノール、S−ニトロソチオグリセ ロールおよびS−ニトロソペニシラミンからなる群より選ばれたものである請求 項40記載の方法。 42. a) ポリマーの1200amuあたり少なくとも1個の−NOX基を 有するポリマーで被覆された医療器具を供給し、 b) 該医療器具を治療部位に差し込む ことを含む個体または動物の治療部位に酸化窒素を送達する方法。 43. ポリマーがS−ニトロシル化されたポリマーである請求項42記載の方 法。 44. a) ポリマーの1200amuあたり少なくとも1個の−NOX基を 有するポリマーで被覆された医療器具を供給し、 b) 該医療器具を体液と接触させる ことを含む体液に酸化窒素を送達する方法。 45. ポリマーがS−ニトロシル化されたポリマーである請求項44記載の方 法。 46. 個体または動物の治療部位に接触させるのに適した医療器具をポリマー の1200amuあたり少なくとも1個の−NOX基で誘導されたポリマーで被 覆することを含む個体または動物の治療部位に酸化窒素を送達する器具の製造法 。 47. ポリマーがS−ニトロシル化されたポリマーである請求項46記載の方 法。 48. 医療器具の表面上の被膜と組合せてなり、前記被膜がポリマーの120 0amuあたり少なくとも1個の−NOX基で誘導されたポリマーを含むもので ある、個体または動物に差し込むか、または個体または動物の体液に接触させる ための医療器具。 49. 医療器具がステントである請求項48記載の医療器具。 50. ポリマーがS−ニトロシル化されたポリマーである請求項48記載の医 療器具。 51. S−ニトロシル化されたポリマーを有効量のガス状のニトロシル化剤と 接触させることを含む、S−ニトロシル化されたポリマーからNO基の損失を補 う方法。 52. ガス状のニトロシル化剤が塩化ニトロシルまたは酸化窒素である請求項 51記載の方法。 53. 個体または動物において、NOを用いた治療を必要とする部位に差し込 むのに適した医療器具にポリマーを被覆する請求項51記載の方法。 54. NOの損失が医療器具の殺菌から生じる請求項53記載の方法。 55. ニトロ化剤またはニトロシル化剤の再生量で個体に投与することを含む 、個体の治療時にペンダント状のニトロ化またはニトロシル化された求核基を有 するポリマーからNO2またはNO基の損失を補う方法。
