Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.生存生物の血流に曝すことに適し、血液に曝され、その中に溶解または分 散した治療薬を含む生理学的に許容可能なポリマーでコートされた装置における 、該ポリマーコーティングは血液に不溶性であり、血液由来還元剤分散がポリマ ーコーティングに入るのを阻害し、ガス透過性であり、その中に溶解または分散 している治療剤は一定量のニトロシル含有有機金属化合物であり、装置が生存生 物の血流中の血液に曝された時、生存生物の体温でポリマーコーティング内でゆ っくり分解し、コーティングから生存生物の血流への酸化窒素の放出を、装置が 血液に曝された後に、そうでなければ起こる血小板凝集の阻害に有効な速度で行 うという改善。 2.生存生物の血流中に挿入することに適した静脈内装置である、請求項1記 載の装置。 3.経皮経管的血管形成術または人工管移植片、移植可能ポンプまたは心臓弁 に関連した、生存生物の血管に外科的に挿入されるのに適したバルーン、カテー テルまたはステントの形である、請求項2記載の静脈内装置。 4.装置がステントであり、ニトロシル含有有機金属化合物がナトリウムニト ロプルシドである、請求項3記載の静脈内装置。 5.ニトロシル含有有機金属化合物がポケット、グローブまたは他の装置の表 面への窪み内に置かれ、生理学的に許容可能なポリマーでカバーされている、請 求項3記載の静脈内装置。 6.ニトロシル含有有機金属化合物を含むコーティングが、有機金属化合物を 含まない同じまたは異なる第2のコーティングでコートされている、請求項3記 載の装置。 7.冠状動脈バイパス手術または腎臓透析を行っている患者の血液の輸送に適 した血管外装置である、請求項1記載の装置。 8.血液を輸送するのに適し、その内部表面がポリマーコーティングでコート されている、プラスチック管を含む、請求項7記載の血管外装置。 9.ポリマーコーティングが血流の血管外経路の別の内部の表面上であるかま たはプラスチック管の部分のみの表面上であり、そうでなければコートされてお らず、これは血流の血管外経路である、請求項7記載の血管外装置。 10.ニトロシル含有有機金属化合物がナトリウムニトロプルシドである、請 求項7記載の血管外装置。 11.治療的薬剤が溶解または分散して含まれている生理学的に許容されるポ リマーのコーティングで表面をコーティングする段階を含む、生存生物の血流に 曝すことに適し、血液に曝され、その中に溶解または分散した治療薬を含む生理 学的に許容可能なポリマーでコートされた装置の製造法において、該ポリマーコ ーティングは血液に不溶性であり、血液由来還元剤分散がポリマーコーティング に入るのを阻害し、ガス透過性であり、その中に溶解または分散している治療剤 は一定量のニトロシル含有有機金属化合物であり、装置が生存生物の血流中の血 液に曝された時、生存生物の体温でポリマーコーティング内でゆっくり分解し、 コーティングから生存生物の血流への酸化窒素の放出を、装置が血液に曝された 後に、そうでなければ起こる血小板凝集の阻害に有効な速度で行うことによる改 善。 12.生存生物の血流中に挿入することに適した静脈内装置である、請求項1 1記載の方法。 13.静脈内装置が経皮経管的血管形成術または人工管移植片、移植可能ポン プまたは心臓弁に関連した、生存生物の血管に外科的に挿入されるのに適したバ ルーン、カテーテルまたはステントの形である、請求項12記載の方法。 14.ニトロシル含有有機金属化合物がナトリウムニトロプルシドであり、装 置がステントである、請求項13記載の方法。 15.ニトロシル含有有機金属化合物を含むコーティングが、有機金属化合物 を含まない同じまたは異なる第2のコーティングでコートされている、請求項1 3記載の方法。 16.ニトロシル含有有機金属化合物がポケット、グローブまたは他の装置の 表面への窪み内に置かれ、生理学的に許容可能なポリマーでカバーされている、 請求項13記載の方法。 17.装置が冠状動脈バイパス手術または腎臓透析を行っている患者の血液の 輸送に適した血管外装置である、請求項11記載の方法。 18.血管外装置ポリマーコーティングでコートされているプラスチック管を 含む、請求項17記載の方法。 19.ポリマーコーティングが血流の血管外経路の別の内部の表面上であるか またはプラスチック管の部分のみの表面上であり、そうでなければコートされて おらず、これは血流の血管外経路である、請求項17記載の方法。 20.ニトロシル含有有機金属化合物がナトリウムニトロプルシドである、請 求項17記載の方法。. 21.生存生物の血流に曝すことに適し、血液に曝され、その中に溶解または 分散した治療薬を含む生理学的に許容可能なポリマーでコートされた装置の外来 物表面をコーティングすることにより、血液を外来物に曝すことから生存生物の 血流から血小板の凝集を阻害する方法において、表面に適用されたポリマーコー ティングは血液に不溶性であり、血液山来還元剤分散がポリマーコーティングに 入るのを阻害し、ガス透過性であり、その中に溶解または分散している治療剤は 一定量のニトロシル含有有機金属化合物であり、装置が生存生物の血流中の血液 に曝された時、生存生物の体温でポリマーコーティング内でゆっくり分解し、コ ーティングから生存生物の血流への酸化窒素の放出を、装置が血液に曝された後 に、そうでなければ起こる血小板凝集の阻害に有効な速度で行うという改善。 22.装置が経皮経管的血管形成術または人工管移植片、移植可能ポンプまた は心臓弁に関連した、生存生物の血管に外科的に挿入されるのに適したカテーテ ルまたはステントの形である、請求項21記載の方法。 23.ニトロシル含有有機金属化合物がナトリウムニトロプルシドである、請 求項22記載の方法。 24.静脈内装置がステントである、請求項23記載の方法。 25.血管が位装置がポリマーコーティングでコートされているプラスチック 管を含む、請求項21記載の方法。 26.ポリマーコーティングが血流の血管外経路の別の内部の表面上であるか またはプラスチック管の部分のみの表面上であり、そうでなければコートされて おらず、これは血流の血管外経路である、請求項25記載の方法。 27.ニトロシル含有有機金属化合物がナトリウムニトロプルシドである、請 求項26記載の方法。
